The three-machine linkage workstation around cans demonstrates the multi-machine linkage technology and high positioning accuracy of Peitian Robotics. Its features include true linkage control, that is, one controller controls three robots for trajectory planning at the same time, a simplified teaching process, which only requires teaching the cans to quickly complete the action, and high-precision operation and high-speed performance at a tiny spacing of about 1 cm. This technology is mainly used in the field of welding. For example, the heterogeneous exhaust pipe welding project of a well-known domestic automobile company was achieved through Peitian's three-machine linkage technology.

Tesla's Optimus humanoid robot made its debut at the 2024 World Robot Conference. This is the first appearance of the Optimus humanoid robot in Beijing. According to the plan, Tesla will start small-scale production of humanoid robots from next year, and the Tesla factory will deploy more than 1,000 humanoid robots to assist humans in work next year. The reporter learned from the booth staff that Tesla is currently recruiting a large number of people to speed up the training of Optimus by wearing motion capture equipment, VR headsets, etc.

The biggest feature of this Emo robot is that it uses an enhanced model design, which uses vision to observe the facial expressions that humans are about to make, predicts them through AI, and outputs corresponding facial expression feedback. The robot is equipped with 26 actuators and can make various subtle facial expressions. In order to achieve more realistic interaction, the researchers integrated high-resolution cameras in the pupils of each eye, enabling the Emo robot to make eye contact. In addition, the team independently developed two AI models, one of which predicts the facial expressions that humans are about to make by analyzing subtle changes in the human face, and the other uses the corresponding facial expressions to generate specific movement instructions.
