Xijing Technology said that Q-Truck will be the world's first truly multi-scenario full-time unmanned heavy-duty truck. Q-Truck adopts a groundbreaking cab-less vehicle design concept. The front of the vehicle is a modular design inspired by Lego blocks. The simple and bright body design integrates the industrial atmosphere with the postmodern Nordic design sense. Users can freely choose the combination of battery power, sensors, etc. according to their own needs, without the need for auxiliary equipment such as magnetic nails. The multi-caliber customizable standard trailer saddle can adapt to the trailer needs of various manufacturers and users in different usage scenarios, and can be flexibly deployed to achieve true artificial intelligence unmanned driving. The vehicle can achieve a vehicle precision control system of less than 2cm; Max-plus 80-ton ultra-large load capacity; 35km/h-90km/h low-speed/high-speed scenario customized drive system; maximum 1500Nm torque engine, which not only provides smooth starting under high load, but also meets the maximum climbing rate of 15%, and can cope with load operations in various complex scenarios. Q-Truck will be equipped with the Q-platform multi-road condition unmanned driving platform. In the future, it will be divided into two models: low-speed version and high-speed version. It is suitable for container transportation, bulk cargo and ore transportation, and dangerous goods transportation. Through multi-caliber customizable standard trailer saddles, it can realize transportation and operations in multiple scenarios. Q-Truck will achieve full-stack unmanned driving in specific scenarios from six major technical levels: high-precision vector map construction technology, vehicle underlying wire control technology, unique environment recognition technology, high-precision vehicle positioning, local path planning, and vehicle and operation data management platform. In terms of safety control, which is the most critical aspect of driverless driving, Xijing Technology uses a leading intelligent early warning and disposal system and multiple safety protection reminders, as well as self-learning and judgment through intelligent technology, to increase the safety factor of Q-Truck by dozens of times compared to traditional vehicles. Through multi-sensor fusion technology, Q-Truck has achieved full coverage of at least two sets of perception sensors within a 360-degree range, with a maximum detection distance of up to 150 meters, truly achieving full coverage without blind spots. In addition, it can effectively identify and predict the status of terminal personnel and equipment within the range to ensure safe operation. In the event of a machine downtime, Q-Truck's multi-redundant stability control safety system can take over and sense the surrounding environment to pull over, report the status to the system and implement emergency processing. When a vehicle on the site encounters a sudden breakdown and cannot drive normally, the i-Emergency intelligent interconnected rescue system can be used to assign another Q-Truck to automatically align the faulty vehicle and tow it to the maintenance area. All of this process does not require any off-site vehicles to enter. In the event of unusual traffic conditions or severe weather, the Q-Truck remote control system can also be manually taken over and remotely control the vehicle, such as by emergency stopping, through the on-site communication system. In response to different application scenarios of customers, Xijing Technology has also specially developed the Q-simulation scene rapid simulation system to quickly build a simulation platform to simulate the user's actual usage status and use it to design scenarios for the user.
