Although the new energy vehicle market is booming and sales are rising, data shows that from January to October, my country's production and sales of new energy vehicles reached 7.352 million and 7.28 million, up 33.9% and 37.8% year-on-year respectively.

However, the cold has already arrived. As we all know, almost all new energy vehicle companies except BYD are facing losses, and this year's subsidy cancellation and price war have further expanded the "losses" of new energy vehicle companies.

Pre-reorganization is different from bankruptcy reorganization. It is a self-rescue behavior carried out in the early stages when an enterprise is facing difficulties. It aims to introduce strategic investors through debt restructuring and achieve rebirth and transformation.

Although the outside world is confused about the pre-reorganization, it does not affect WM Motor's ability to get rid of its debt burden and achieve new development. Kaixin Auto, a partner of WM Motor, said that the purpose of the pre-reorganization is that WM Motor needs to reduce some of the burden on its financial data.
