User pain point 2: Most fast charging piles still don’t charge fast enough BYD pioneered the world's first dual-gun supercharging technology for passenger cars, turning public fast-charging piles into supercharging piles in seconds At present, there are only 2% of public supercharging piles with a current exceeding 300A. Fast charging piles are widely used, while supercharging piles are extremely scarce. Instead of letting users compete for a very small number of supercharging piles, it is better to make full use of the existing public fast charging pile resources of more than one million. To this end, BYD has launched a flow-up solution that is more in line with my country's charging conditions. It is the world's first dual-gun supercharging technology for passenger cars, which allows public fast-charging piles to become supercharging piles in seconds, providing more energy in a short time and supercharging everywhere. Taking the Denza N7 as an example, the maximum power of the dual-gun supercharging can reach 230kW, and a 350-kilometer charging range can be achieved in 15 minutes on a public fast-charging pile. It must be fast and safe. Because the up-flow technology is more demanding on battery thermal management, BYD has pioneered the world's first composite direct cooling technology. Through the design of direct cooling plates on both the upper and lower sides of the battery, and two sets of independent refrigerant control systems, a compensating flow channel design has been carried out, which increases the battery cooling area by 100% and the heat exchange capacity by more than 85%, ensuring the safety of supercharging for users. User pain point 3: Charging efficiency is greatly reduced in northern winter BYD's world's first full-scenario intelligent pulse self-heating technology enables fast charging even in extreme cold in the north The north is extremely cold in winter, and charging efficiency is slow. BYD pioneered the full-scenario intelligent pulse self-heating technology, and for the first time in the industry, it achieved cold car fast charging at extremely low temperatures. Under extremely cold conditions of -30℃, taking the BYD N7 as an example, the full-scenario intelligent pulse self-heating technology increases the battery heating rate by 230% compared with traditional solutions, and reduces the battery full charging time by 30%, allowing northern users to enjoy the fast charging experience in winter. Not only can it self-heat while charging, but it can also intelligently activate self-heating technology while parked or driving to ensure the performance of the entire vehicle at extremely low temperatures.
