However, relatively speaking, Dynasty Network has a stronger influence, so Ocean Network also needs to make a big move. On May 10, Ocean Network's Sea Lion 07 EV was officially launched. So what changes will this car bring to BYD?

What kind of car is the Sea Lion 07 EV?

There are two layers of BUFF on the Sea Lion 07 EV:

First, it is the first model of the Ocean Network "Sea Lion" IP;

The Sea Lion 07 EV basically restores the design of the previous Ocean X concept car, and it is highly recognizable. If nothing unexpected happens, all SUV models under Ocean Network will adopt this design language in the future.

The Sea Lion 07 EV has launched 4 models, divided into two versions: single motor and dual motor. The maximum power of the single motor version is 170kW and 230kW. In terms of the smart cockpit, the Sea Lion 07 EV is equipped with the BYD DiLink 100 system, which also provides a highly anthropomorphic voice interaction system. It can communicate continuously with passengers in the car without the need for wake-up words and can recognize multiple voice commands at the same time, basically realizing the concept of "seeing is speaking".

For competitors, this may be a difficult mountain to climb.

Who are the competitors?

The pure electric mid-size SUV market is a relatively crowded one, with more than 30 models on sale, covering different price ranges.

However, there are not many competitors of the same price for the Sea Lion 07 EV. Tesla Model Y is a more representative one among them. However, the starting price of Model Y is 249,900 yuan, and the price of the dual-motor version exceeds 290,000 yuan. In comparison, the Sea Lion 07 EV has a more obvious price advantage.

In addition, the Deep Blue S7 and Xiaopeng G6 are also competitive to a certain extent, but the Deep Blue S7 has only a single motor and its power performance is relatively average; and the four-wheel drive version of the Xiaopeng G6 is priced at 276,900 yuan.
