BYD: BYD passenger car sales in May 2024 reached 330,488 units, a year-on-year increase of 38.2%

BYD released its sales report for May.

It is reported that BYD's sales performance in May was outstanding, with a total of 331,817 vehicles sold, of which passenger car sales reached 330,488 units, a year-on-year increase of 38.2%.

From January to May 2024, BYD's cumulative passenger car sales reached 1,266,900 units.

Among BYD's two major sales networks, Dynasty and Ocean series sold 315,227 units in May, up 38.2% year-on-year.

The sales volume of the BYD Denza brand in May was 12,223 units, an increase of 11.1% year-on-year.

In addition, BYD's high-end brand Yangwang Auto sold 608 units in May, and Fangchengbao Auto sold 2,430 units in May.

In terms of exports, BYD exported 37,499 passenger cars in May, a staggering year-on-year increase of 267.5%.
