iOS 9 exposed a major bug: bypassing the lock screen password to access the photo album and contacts

However, some users have quickly discovered a system loophole that can easily bypass the lock screen password to access contacts, photos, etc.

The source of the vulnerability is that Siri can be accessed under the lock screen. The specific operations are as follows:

1. Enter the password incorrectly four times. On the fifth time, type the first 3 or 5 digits and press the Home button while entering the last digit.

2. At this time, Siri appears and asks for the time. Click on the clock and add a new clock. Enter anything in the address bar.

3. Double-click the text in the address bar, click "Share", and then click "Info".

4. Then you will enter the information editing interface. You can edit it yourself in "Recipient" and add contacts by double-clicking.

5. Here comes the key point. When creating an avatar, the album will be fully displayed in front of you.

From this we can see that even if you set a lock screen password, the data you store cannot be absolutely safe. The solution is also very simple, just go to Settings - TouchID and Fingerprint, and disable "Access Siri on lock screen".
