Microsoft is in a bad mood: Users complain that Windows 10 is full of troubles

A study by a British consumer protection organization found that since the release of Windows 10 in July last year, users have complained about various technical problems they have encountered on this new system.

The organization's researcher said: "In more than a year, we have received no less than 1,000 complaints about Windows 10, and there are countless negative comments. Many users said that this software upgrade has brought them countless troubles." In addition, consumers said that Microsoft's urging them to upgrade every day is also very annoying, and sometimes automatic upgrades make people helpless. Many users said that being urged to upgrade is not a big deal, but the problems encountered after the upgrade are the most troublesome. Printers, Wi-Fi cards, and even speakers have problems. Some users have also found that their documents are lost and email accounts cannot be synchronized. In many cases, users have to take their computers to after-sales service to solve the problem. In June this year, the BBC conducted a poll of 2,500 Windows 10 users and found that 12% of users chose to restore to the previous version after the upgrade. However, Microsoft thinks this is not a problem. Their spokesperson said confidently: "Now the number of monthly active users of Windows 10 has reached 350 million, and most of them have given positive reviews. In addition, for a small number of users who have problems, Microsoft will actively provide assistance, including free customer service."
