Most Unreliable iPhones and Android Phones: Samsung Tops the List

The price of iPhone is not cheap, so what about its quality? Now Blancco has sent out a survey report showing that iPhone is not as reliable as Android. This unreliability includes many aspects, such as battery life, system failure rate, performance, etc. Interestingly, the failure rate of iOS devices has been rising from 15% in the fourth quarter of 2014 to 62% in the fourth quarter of 2016, while Android has been declining from 85% to 47%. In addition, the report also shows that the most unreliable iPhone is iPhone 6, with a comprehensive failure rate of 16%, followed by iPhone 5S and 6S, and the failure rate of iPhone 7 series is only 3%. Among the failure problems, the battery ranks first, followed by the touch screen, various applications and photo synchronization and WiFi connection problems. In terms of Android, the most unreliable device list is Samsung, with a failure rate of 16%, while Motorola, Sony and Lenovo have failure rates of 5%, 4.3% and 3% respectively.
