Do you like staying up late? How much sleep do you get every day? The "2025 China Sleep Health Survey Report" released by the China Sleep Big Data Center shows that the average sleep time of people aged 18 and above in my country is 7.06-7.18 hours. The report, conducted by the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, reveals the sleep health status of Chinese residents and its impact on their quality of life. The report shows that the sleep disturbance rate among people aged 18 and above in China is 48.5%, with a higher rate for women (51.1%) than for men (45.9%). The lowest rate is 24.6% among those born after 2000 (age group 18-24). The rate of sleep disturbance gradually increases with age, and the types of sleep disturbance vary greatly among different generations. Although the sleep duration seems to be up to standard, the sleep quality is not optimistic. Data shows that the average Chinese person only has 4.13 nights of high-quality sleep per week. This "ineffective sleep" may lead to accumulated fatigue the next day, decreased immunity, and even cause a series of health problems. It is worth noting that the nap culture is still prevalent in China. Data shows that Chinese respondents feel the need to take naps four times a week on average, while the actual frequency of naps is higher, reaching six times a week. Zikuai Technology |
