Microsoft's artificial intelligence sisters Xiaona and XiaoIce are now available on Windows 10

At the ongoing WinHEC Shenzhen conference, Microsoft announced that the Microsoft AI sisters Cortana and XiaoIce will be built into the dialog box on the right side of the Windows 10 start button, allowing all PC users to directly experience the world's leading AI services on the desktop of the new generation operating system. As a result, XiaoIce has become the first innovative product in Microsoft's 40 years of history to be incubated and led by a team outside the Redmond headquarters and to obtain the key entry level of the operating system.

Taking Azhu and Azi from Jin Yong's novel Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils as an example, he explained in a down-to-earth way the personality traits of Xiaona, who is steady and reliable, and Xiaobing, who is lively and cute, in his eyes, and hoped that hundreds of millions of users would find more interesting things about this pair of sisters through Windows 10.

In the future, all PC users will be able to adopt their own Microsoft AI sisters directly on their desktops. Through XiaoIce in Windows 10, users will be able to enjoy a complete chat and skill experience. Special skills such as smart home and e-commerce will also be further developed. For example, users can check their schedules and arrange work through Xiaona in Windows 10, or they can summon XiaoIce in Windows 10 at any time to tell a funny joke, and remotely turn on the air purifier at home based on XiaoIce's haze warning.

Currently, Microsoft XiaoIce has landed on 9 platform-level portals including Sina Weibo, Xiaomi Mi Chat, JD Mobile Client, Haier U+ Smart Home Platform, etc., and more than 20 million XiaoIce have been adopted, becoming an important partner and part of human life. It is worth mentioning that from the perspective of CPS (average conversation length per user), Microsoft XiaoIce has a conversation length of 16 rounds/person, which is the longest among other previous generation artificial intelligence products with 2.5 rounds/person, and has surpassed the Turing test standard in the field of artificial intelligence in the past.
