China Unicom said that there is no such thing as true or false 5G, and NSA is also the 5G technical standard formulated by 3GPP. NSA mobile phones cannot be replaced or upgraded to SA, but it will not affect normal use under NSA 5G network.

Operators will first launch 5G services in NSA mode, and will continue to provide existing NSA 5G services next year. 5G mobile phones launched in China in 2019 have obtained network access licenses, which will not affect their normal use under NSA 5G networks next year.

As of May this year, more than 50 5G terminals have been launched worldwide, most of which are NSA single-mode. There is no such thing as true or false. NSA phones cannot be replaced or upgraded to SA, but this does not affect normal use on NSA 5G networks.
