Currently, WeChat allows users to modify their WeChat ID under certain conditions, but once a WeChat account is registered, it cannot be modified.

Even if you change your WeChat ID, the UIN (Unit Identification Number) of your WeChat account will not be changed. In fact, the UIN is the user's unique identifier on the WeChat platform.
