Can the resource library of iOS 14 system be closed?

The iOS 14 system has added a new resource library feature. When users install a new APP, it will be added to the APP resource library at the same time. However, when you download an APP, the system will prompt you whether to add it to the "App Resource Library". At this time, we can uncheck the box, so that the APP will not be automatically added to the resource library.

So... I hope that the next version of Apple will provide users with the option to close the resource library on their own!
