1. Open 12306, click "Warm Service" on the homepage, and find the "Temporary Identity Certificate for Passenger Trains" at the top;

3. The APP will confirm the user's identity through facial recognition. If the information filled in matches the facial result, an electronic ID card will be automatically generated;

1. This temporary certificate can only be used for train travel. If you have other needs, you still need to go through relevant channels.

2. After the temporary certificate is issued, it is valid for 24 hours. To use it within the validity period, you can still go to "Warm Service-Temporary Identity Certificate for Passenger Trains" to check. However, in order to prevent others from using it, the APP will re-perform face recognition every 30 minutes when it is opened again.

3. The QR code on the temporary certificate can be used for ticket inspection at the station gate, as well as for the sale, refund and change of electronic tickets. Generally speaking, it is exactly the same as the ID card. However, due to network reasons, the verification may sometimes fail. In this case, just click the blue word below to refresh the QR code.

4. Each person can apply for the electronic temporary certificate three times a month. If you apply for it more than three times, you need to go to the ticket window to apply for it manually. Fortunately, this is just an emergency operation. I don't think anyone will forget to bring their ID card for N consecutive times.
