Apple closes verification channel: iOS 15.5 cannot be downgraded after upgrade

Friends in China should be very familiar with the iOS system, because most of the mobile phones in our country, except for Apple phones, use the open source Android operating system. Although Huawei has developed a Hongmeng system, it has not been able to completely jump out of the basic framework of Android so far. Its underlying code is still the operating code of the Android system. Compared with the Android system, the advantage of the iOS system lies in the closed-loop security and the fluency after long-term use.

Because the Android system was not well optimized in the early years, the phone would become very slow to use after being used for a long time, so much so that Android phone users at that time basically changed their phones once a year. This led many people to think that the iOS system is very powerful and can run smoothly and safely after being used for a long time.

Recently, the iOS system has also made a series of updates. Recently, the iOS system has updated to the official version of 15.5, and the iOS15.4.1 version has been officially closed. This means that iPhones upgraded to a higher version can no longer be downgraded to this version. Similarly, iPhones with a system version lower than iOS15.4.1 can only be upgraded to the official version of 15.5.

Since the iOS system entered version 15, there have been many problems. The first is the constant bugs, which have affected users' daily use. After the update, the phone did not become as smooth as before. The closure of the iOS15.4.1 version this time makes people think that the iOS16 version may be delayed.

At least for now, iOS 15.5 is the best optimized version in the 15 series so far. If your system is still on iOS14 or earlier, you might as well wait and see.
