WeChat Mini Program permission settings, how to manage mini program member permissions?

If you are developing a mini program by yourself, you can skip this part for now. If you are a team, you need to understand some concepts first.

If a team is developing a small program, then identity management of team members is very necessary.


Administrators can uniformly manage project members (including developers, testers and other members) in the mini program management background and set the permissions of project members, including: developer/tester permissions, logging in to the mini program management background, development management, viewing mini program data analysis, etc.

Developer permissions allow you to use the Mini Program developer tools and development version Mini Programs for development

Experiencers can use the trial version of the mini program

Log in to log in to the mini program management backend without administrator confirmation

Data Analysis Use the Mini Program Data Analysis function to view the Mini Program data

Development and management of small programs, submission, review, release, and rollback

Development settings Set the mini program server domain name, message push, and scan the normal link QR code to open the mini program

Suspend service settings to suspend the mini program online service
Preview
Developer tools can be used to preview mini programs, helping developers check the actual performance of the mini program on mobile clients.
Click the preview button in the top operation bar of the developer tool, the developer tool will automatically package the current project and upload the mini program code to WeChat.

Server, a QR code will be displayed on the interface after success. Use the WeChat of the current Mini Program developer to scan the QR code to see the actual performance of the Mini Program on the mobile client.
Upload the code
Different from preview, uploading code is used for submitting experience or review.
Click the Upload button in the top operation bar of the developer tool and fill in the version number and project notes. It should be noted that the version number and project notes here are for the convenience of administrators to check the version. Developers can fill in these two fields according to their actual requirements.
After the upload is successful, log in to the mini program management background - Development Management - Development Version to find the version you just submitted.
You can set this version as a trial version or submit it for review

Version Notes

The development version uses developer tools and can upload code to the development version. The development version only retains the latest uploaded code by each person.

Click Submit for Review to submit the code for review. The development version can be deleted without affecting the code of the online version or the version under review.

Only one copy of the code can be under review. Once the review results are available, they can be published online, or they can be directly resubmitted for review, overwriting the original review version.

The online version is the code version used by all online users. This version of the code will be overwritten and updated after the new version of the code is released.
