On March 19, Li Zhong, vice minister of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, said at a press conference that with the joint efforts of all parties, the resumption rate of enterprises and the rate of employees reporting to work in various regions have steadily increased. 100 million migrant workers have gone out to work, accounting for 80% of the migrant workers who returned home before the Spring Festival. In terms of unemployment insurance to help enterprises maintain employment, 1.28 million enterprises have benefited from unemployment insurance refunds of 18.6 billion yuan, benefiting 42.3 million employees.
