He Wei Element Flow Yoga System Basic Teacher Training

"Elemental Flow Yoga System Basic Teacher Training" This set of wind element flow yoga exercises incorporates a large number of backbend poses, and after practicing, you will feel a sense of comfort as if your body and mind are opened. Yoga is a way of life that unifies the body and mind, a state of consciousness that is alive, dynamic and unified. Yoga is our essence and a way to reassemble our essence. This realignment in Vinyasa Yoga is the process of embodiment, the process by which we experience full consciousness.

Elemental Flow Yoga is a purifying and healing method that integrates many essences such as Ayurvedic yoga basics, anatomy, Chinese medicine meridians, hand seals, chanting, therapeutic techniques, family system arrangements, chanting and tribal dance.
