The following rules will help your APP pass the review and be listed on the vivo App Store as soon as possible; 1.2 The system environment for review and use of vivo App Store is Android system; 1.3 If you violate the following terms, your APP will not pass the review; 1.4 The app package name must not arbitrarily add channel identifiers such as ".vivo" to mislead the review; 2. Application Details Review 2.1 Application Name 2.1.1 The application name may only use Chinese characters, numbers, and letters, and special symbols may only use "-" and "+"; 2.1.2 If the name of the application needs to use "+", it must be "XXX+" only; that is, "WeChat+" can be used, but "WeChat+Chat Assistant" is not allowed; 2.1.3 Do not use a lot of placeholder text, spaces that are not related to the name, or other irrelevant characters in the app name, such as a space between two Chinese characters; 2.1.4 The app name and subtitle must be consistent with the app content settings, and words unrelated to the app content must not be added; 2.1.5 The app subtitle shall not use popular search terms that are not related to the app’s functions; 2.1.6 Do not use category words in the app name, including but not limited to: flashlight, phone, ringtone, children, free novels, wifi, wallpaper, baby, etc.; 2.1.7 Application names must not be named with broad general terms, and must not be named with a combination of multiple broad general terms, such as: theme wallpaper, gold, crude oil, precious metals, mobile phone loans, etc.; 2.1.8 Please do not add unauthorized brand names, company names, or third-party application names. If authorized, please upload a valid authorization certificate. 2.1.9 The app name must not contain any content that is sensitive or violates national laws and regulations, such as pornography, politics, gambling, violence, etc.; 2.1.10 The app name must not use repeated (twice or more) words or reduplications, such as "微信助手微信助手"; 2.1.11 If the app name or subtitle has a suffix containing festivals, current events, activities, etc., please modify it after the festival, current events, or activities are over; 2.1.12 The application version number shall not be added to the application name; 2.1.13 The name displayed when the app is installed on the phone must be consistent with the name filled in when it is created in the background; 2.1.14 The app name cannot be the same as an already listed app (apps with the same main name are apps with the same name). If the difference is too great, please provide software or other proof of listing; (For example: XXX Trading Co., Ltd., when uploading an application, you need to provide software or at least two other channels with screenshots of successful listing.) 2.2.3 This platform does not currently accept individual developers to register accounts and upload applications; 2.3 Application Category 2.3.1 For stand-alone and online games, please upload them to the game center and do not select the application category; 2.3.2 Children's educational games can be classified into the "Parenting and Baby" category, such as baby games; 2.3.3 For board games, you can choose the application category "Communication and Social", such as Werewolf; 2.3.4 Do not select a category that does not match the actual function of the application. For details, please refer to the [Application Category Reference] document; 2.4 Pricing 2.4.1 The charging method of the application can be left blank or filled in as free; 2.4.2 The pricing method of the game is: props payment, level payment, and it cannot be added as free except in special circumstances; 2.5 Application Introduction and New Version Description 2.5.1 The application description must be no less than 50 words, and the new version description of the updated version must be no less than 5 words; 2.5.2 The application introduction is inconsistent with the new version description; 2.5.3 Application introductions and new version descriptions must not use a large amount of placeholder text, spaces, garbled characters, or other irrelevant characters; 2.5.4 App descriptions and new version descriptions must not contain the names, introductions, quotations, etc. of third-party app markets; 2.5.5 Application introductions and new version descriptions must not contain sensitive content such as politics, gambling, violence, or content that violates national laws and regulations; 2.5.6 App introductions and new version descriptions must not contain pornographic content, or excessive nudity, sexual behavior, sexual innuendo, or other provocative content; 2.5.7 The application introduction and new version description must reflect the application content or function, and no irrelevant information should appear; 2.5.8 Financial products shall not make promises about returns in the application introduction and new version description; 2.5.9 Application introductions and new version descriptions must not contain a large number of plagiarized or repetitive words; 2.5.10 Application introductions and new version descriptions must not use extreme descriptors or false promises that violate the new advertising law, including but not limited to: best, first, only, NO.1, must-have, free, 100%, global, etc.; 2.5.11 Application introductions and new version descriptions involving the dissemination of gambling and lottery information will be rejected; 2.6 Icon 2.6.1 Please use 256 256 or 512 512 rectangular icons with a size of less than 50k. If you need to use them, please provide a certificate from the relevant government agency; 2.6.11 The icon displayed on the mobile phone after the application is installed must be consistent with the icon submitted when it is created in the background; 2.6.12 Application icons must not contain malicious URLs that are not related to the application; 2.6.13 Applications of ICON that involve the dissemination of gambling and lottery information will be rejected; Error example: Icon contains lottery and gambling information 2.6.14 The application icon must not be the same as the icon of an already listed application; 2.7 Application screenshots and splash screens 2.7.1 Application screenshots should be in jpg/png format, with a size of 480 800 or 800 480, and must be in horizontal or vertical format Legend: Horizontal Legend: Vertical image 2.7.2 You can upload 3-5 screenshots, and no duplicate images are allowed; 2.7.3 Screenshots must reflect the content or functions of the app and must not contain irrelevant information (it must not be a simple text-based introduction poster that does not reflect the actual content page of the app); 2.7.4 Screenshots and splash screens must be clear and must not be blurred, stretched, compressed, or have black edges; 2.7.5 The notification bar at the top of the screenshot must not contain unnecessary icons (such as other third-party application icons); 2.7.6 Screenshots and splash screens must not contain pornographic, political, gambling, violent or other sensitive content or content that violates national laws and regulations; 2.7.7 Screenshots and splash screens must not contain pornographic content, or excessive nudity, sexual behavior, sexual innuendo, or other provocative content; 2.7.8 Screenshots and splash screen materials must not use extreme descriptive words or false promises that violate the new advertising law, including but not limited to: the best, first, only, NO.1, must-have, free, 100%, global, etc.; 2.7.9 The logos of other third-party application distribution platforms shall not appear in screenshots and splash screens; 2.7.10 Screenshot application splash screens and launch pages must not use photos or appearance images of non-Android devices (for example: Apple phone appearance materials); 2.7.11 App screenshots and splash screens that spread gambling or lottery information will be rejected; 3. Application Qualifications and Copyright 3.1 App listing qualifications and copyright 3.1.1 Enterprise developers who submit applications that are not from their own enterprise must provide relevant enterprise authorization; 3.1.2 The application must not repackage third-party applications; 3.1.3 The application must not be cracked, pirated, or used without the authorization of the copyright owner; 3.1.4 The computer software copyright certificate is for individuals, and only the software copyright certificate consistent with that of a corporate legal person is accepted; 3.1.5 The same computer software copyright certificate shall not be used in different applications; 3.1.6 If the company that uploaded the application is a subsidiary or branch of the company that uploaded the application, please submit a true and valid certificate; 3.2 Special application requirements 3.2.1 Special category applications must provide corresponding qualifications before they can apply for listing. Application Function 4.1 Installation/Uninstallation 4.1.1 The application needs to be compatible with vivo mainstream models (NEX, X21, X23, X27, IQOO, etc., see vivo mainstream model parameters for details) 4.1.2 The application must not be impossible to uninstall or require the support of a third-party program to uninstall; 4.2 Account related 4.2.1 The main functions of the application require login, but there is no registration channel provided in the application. If multiple registration attempts fail during the review, they will be rejected; 4.2.3 The app login account function is unavailable and multiple login attempts during the review process failed; 4.2.4 The app contains an ID card verification function, and a verified test account must be provided; 4.3 Basic functions 4.3.1 The application cannot be started normally, and there are problems such as flash back and ANR; 4.3.2 The application content cannot be displayed or obtained normally; 4.3.3 The main functions of the application are not implemented. Please improve the application functions; 4.3.4 Clicking buttons or links within the app fails to respond or displays an error message; 4.3.5 The functions described in the application introduction or new version description are inconsistent with the actual situation or are not implemented; 4.3.6 After opening the app, it will prompt you to update the version. Please make sure that the submitted app is the latest version. 4.4 Performance Related 4.4.1 The interface freezes and becomes choppy when switching or sliding the app during use; 4.4.2 The application does not release system resources (such as GPS, Bluetooth, etc.) after being disabled or exited to the background; 4.4.3 The application consumes a lot of power, causing the phone to heat up and consume abnormal power; 4.4.4 The application has high CPU and memory usage, causing system freezes and ANRs; 4.5 Permissions 4.5.1 Apps must not apply for permissions that are irrelevant to their actual functions (e.g., applying for camera permissions when there is no camera function being called); 4.5.2 The use of application permissions must be regulated (e.g., the camera cannot be activated when the camera function is not needed); 4.5.3 Apps must not enable or use permissions by default without user permission; 4.5.4 Apps may not create desktop shortcuts, third-party icons, notification bars, floating windows, etc. without user permission; 4.5.5 The application shall not frequently connect to the Internet in the background without permission and consume a large amount of data; (for example, clicking on content to directly watch videos/download applications without secondary confirmation) 4.5.6 If your app needs to apply for and use sensitive permissions, please describe the usage scenarios and purposes of the permissions when submitting them; 4.5.7 Apps must not apply for root permissions or have root functions; 4.5.8 Apps may not send text messages without user permission; 4.5.9 Apps must not induce users to modify startup items or do so without their permission; 4.5.10 Apps must not induce users to modify system settings or modify system settings without user permission; 4.5.11 Apps must not deny users access to apps on the grounds that they need to obtain sensitive permissions (e.g., apps require phone/location/contact permissions before users can access the app, otherwise users will be returned to the desktop); 4.6 Application Security 4.6.1 The application must not contain any potential virus risk (including malicious code behavior); 4.6.2 The application shall not charge fees secretly without the user's permission; 4.6.3 The app must not make malicious deductions or make deductions without the user's second confirmation; 4.6.4 The application must not require payment upon first use; 4.6.5 Apps must not engage in malicious misleading behavior: misleading users to click on fee deduction functions/click on ads/enable irrelevant privacy permissions; 4.6.6 Developers must effectively control the content of their applications, including but not limited to reviewing and filtering illegal content; 4.7 System Interaction 4.7.1 The application must not affect the normal use of the built-in system tools of vivo mobile phones, causing problems such as abnormal system sound/abnormal photo taking/black screen crash; 4.7.2 The app must not force the phone system to restart when it is not required to be started or when it is running; 4.7.3 The application must not cause system crashes, freezes, or other abnormalities; 4.7.4 The application must not hijack the system desktop or occupy the lock screen; 4.7.5 The application must not modify the system's third-party application data, archives, etc.; 4.8 Restrictions on Use 4.8.1 Application functions must not have any restrictions on regions or specific groups of people. If they are only available to users in certain regions or within an organization, please indicate this in the application description; 5. Application Content 5.1 Laws and Regulations 5.1.1 Presence of Pornographic Content 5.1.1.1 The application must not contain pornographic content, or any provocative content such as excessive nudity, display of sexual behavior, sexual innuendo, etc. 5.1.1.2 The application must not allow users to submit pornographic content, such as allowing users to post pornographic photos; 5.1.1.3 Apps must not guide users to post pornographic content, including but not limited to communities and galleries; 5.1.2 Contains violent or cult content; 5.1.2.1 The application must not contain defamation, personal attacks or insults to individuals or groups; 5.1.2.2 Apps must not depict weapons in an overly realistic manner (e.g., they must not involve the manufacturing process and parameters of weapons, etc.), nor encourage illegal use or abuse of weapons; 5.1.2.3 The application must not contain strong violent implications, including but not limited to abuse; 5.1.2.4 The application must not contain cult content or other content that may cause users to feel uncomfortable using the application; 5.1.3 Political issues and legal risks 5.1.3.1 The application must not contain any behavior that is anti-government, anti-social, or inconsistent with mainstream politics, or prohibited by national laws; 5.1.3.2 Products related to religions other than Buddhism, Christianity and Taoism are not included for the time being. If you need to include them, please provide the relevant religious promotion qualifications of the relevant departments; 5.1.3.3 Products in languages other than Chinese and English are not included for the time being; 5.1.3.4 The annualized interest rate calculated based on the loan product handling fee and other fees plus interest shall not exceed 36%; 5.1.3.5 Loan products shall not directly or in disguise charge “head interest” by deducting interest, handling fees, management fees, etc. from the loan principal; 5.2 In-App Purchases 5.2.1 The application must not induce payment, and all payment must be clearly marked; 5.2.2 The customer service content in the application shall not contain any instructions or requirements for users to add WeChat for offline transactions; (such as adding QQ/WeChat to activate VIP and other offline transaction information) 5.2.3 For all paid items in the app, the services that can be enjoyed must be clearly stated. If the services used after payment do not match the description, the app will be removed from the shelves, and in serious cases, the account will be banned; 5.2.4 Children's apps must not contain SMS payment or other content that may interfere with children, unless it is kept in a designated area monitored by parents; (e.g., children's games, in-game payments must not contain quick payment functions such as short payment that do not require a password) 5.3 In-App Advertising 5.3.1 The application must not contain blank advertising space or investment advertising space; 5.3.2 Children’s educational products must not contain advertisements related to sex, violence, or other content that is harmful to children 5.3.3 The primary purpose of the App must not be to display advertising or marketing; 5.3.4 When the application is installed on the desktop, no icons other than the main application icon may be added; 5.3.5 App advertisements must not imitate system notifications to induce users to click; 5.3.6 Application advertisements must not contain any harmful or illegal information (such as pornography, gambling, reactionary, etc.); 5.3.7 App ads must not remain even when the app is closed or exited to the background; 5.3.8 App ads must not contain bundled downloads (e.g., the APP login and registration page has a default option to download other APPs or requires other APPs to be downloaded before use) 5.3.9 App ads must not be unable to be closed; (e.g., app ads must be able to be closed automatically or provide a close button) 5.3.10 The application shall not have any offer wall behavior; 5.3.11 The application must not force users to download other applications or games before they can use the application; 5.3.12 The application shall not frequently pop up advertisements during use, interrupt user operations, and affect user experience; 5.4 In-app distribution 5.4.1 There must not be any application/game distribution module within the application; 5.4.2 The application must not have application market attributes (applications can be searched, downloaded and continuously updated), including but not limited to game centers and application markets; 5.5 Bundled Download 5.5.1 The app launch page must not allow the user to select the option to download the app by default without the user's permission; 5.5.2 The App may not automatically download third-party apps without the user's permission; 5.6 Duplication of applications and single content 5.6.1 Developers may not upload multiple applications with similar or identical content; 5.6.2 The main functions of the new version of the application must not differ significantly from those of the old version. For example, the old version is a shopping mall, and the new version is updated to a video player; 5.6.3 Applications must not package or apply templates for simple website pages; 5.6.4 The main functions of the application must not rely on third-party applications or require jumping to a web page to obtain content and functions; 5.6.5 The application functions and interface must not be too similar or completely identical to the applications already included in the App Store; 5.6.6 New products that are already saturated on such platforms and have no special highlights (including but not limited to alarm clocks, flashlights, calculators) will not be included for the time being; 5.7 Fraudulent Practices 5.7.1 If the developer engages in the following fraudulent behavior, the app will be removed from the shelves, and in serious cases, the account will be banned; 5.7.1.1 The App engages in unfair competition such as maliciously increasing the number of views and comments; 5.7.1.2 The application is fraudulent or misleading to users; 5.7.1.3 The application frequently changes its signature more than three times; 5.7.1.4 The application controls the application content through the server before and after the review, and starts illegal services after being put on the shelves; 5.7.1.5 If the application content contains security risks, other unfriendly information, or suspected illegal information, the platform will have the right to refuse to list it.
