Changsha Tea Network | Changsha Night Network Forum | Changsha Nightlife | Changsha Sauna Massage Information Network, Changsha Sauna Massage Network, Changsha High-end Studio There was an old lady who was very pious in her later years. She burned incense, chanted scriptures and worshipped Buddha every day, which moved a god in heaven. The god appeared and said to the old lady: "I can fulfill one of your wishes. Just tell me what you want."

The old lady said respectfully: "I don't want anything. I just hope that I can have food to eat and clothes to wear every day in the future, and have peace of mind, no worries, no illness or disaster."
The immortal said in embarrassment: "Alas, I can't help you with this. This is the peace and happiness that only the upper-class immortals can enjoy. If you ask for wealth and honor, or for many children and grandchildren, I can satisfy you, but I can't give you the peace and happiness."

In my heart, drinking tea is a pure happiness.

I started running a tea ceremony studio last year. In less than a year, I have come into contact with more teas than in my entire life. Gradually, I found that the amount of tea I could drink was decreasing. As my tasting ability gradually improved, I gradually established my own identification system. Someone once said: "There is no good or bad tea, the most precious one is the one that tastes good." But this statement is only valid if there is a premise: the tea must be real. We talk about "truth, goodness and beauty".
"Goodness" and "beauty" can only be stable and lasting if they are built on the foundation of "truth".

To seek the truth, one must first know the falsehood. What is fake tea?

First: selling dog meat under the guise of selling mutton. It is said to be West Lake Longjing, but it is actually Wenzhou Wuniuzao; it is said to be pure material from ancient trees, but it is actually a mixture of small trees from the terrace; it is said to be Tongmuguan Jinjunmei, but it is actually Yixing black tea; it is said to be ten-year-old white tea, but it is actually aged white tea made using new technology. There is nothing wrong with Wuniuzao, blended tea, Yixing black tea and new-process white tea. They all have their own flavor and value, but it is disgusting when they have to impersonate others. The greatest pain for a person is not being able to be himself, and the same is true for tea.

Second: selling rotten meat under the guise of selling mutton. Some teas are actually not edible at all, either because of the poor ecological environment and the abuse of fertilizers, pesticides and hormones; or because there are obvious mistakes in processing, such as insufficient withering and obvious green odor, too high humidity in the pile and the tea has rotted, or too high temperature in baking and frying and the tea has been burnt. We all know that many dishes are harmful to health if they are not cooked or burnt, and the same is true for tea. Some teas also have flavors added later, or are improperly stored to absorb odors, or have become moldy due to excessive humidity. It is too troublesome to throw these teas away. However, some merchants or "teachers" have reasonable explanations for these teas: "This is the unique medicinal aroma of black tea; this tea is old tea, so it has a stale taste; you have not yet reached a certain level of appreciation, so take your time." What's amazing is that these teas are often the most expensive.

Third: selling stories under the guise of selling something else. If I drink a tea and it tastes great, I would love to know the story behind it. Just as I meet someone who makes my heart happy, I am also willing to get closer to her and get to know her. Knowing some background information about a tea before drinking it can also help you deepen your understanding when tasting it. But what I am most afraid of is that the story seems so vivid and lifelike, but the tea is actually ordinary or even counterfeit. The most annoying thing is that you drink a cup of tea that tastes very ordinary, but the other person talks to you endlessly. It's really tiring at this time.

After Sakyamuni became enlightened, he wanted to leave. The gods of heaven and earth requested him to stay in the world and preach. The Buddha said: Why should I preach? After all, those who can awaken will awaken without me saying anything, and those who cannot awaken will not be able to understand no matter how much I say. "The gods thought about it and found it irrefutable. Fortunately, one god said, "Then speak for those who are about to realize but have not yet realized. "For this sentence, the Buddha preached the Dharma for 49 years and was still teaching sentient beings until the last moment of his life.

I admire the hardships that Buddha went through in preaching, but what I like most is this.

"The Great Brahma King Asks the Buddha to Resolve Doubts Sutra": "At that time, the Great Brahma King led some of his followers to offer the Tathagata a golden lotus. Each of them bowed to the Buddha's feet and sat aside. At that time, the Tathagata took up the golden lotus he offered, blinked his eyes and raised his eyebrows, showing it to the crowd, who were silent and at a loss. Kasyapa smiled."

This is the story of the Buddha smiling while holding up a flower, and it is also the origin of Zen Buddhism. I think the Buddha was very comfortable and happy at that moment. The same is true for the best state of drinking tea. You and I sit together and drink. We don't need to say a word to each other, but our frequencies are always in resonance. You also smell the wonderful aroma that I smell, and you also feel the warm tea that I feel. After drinking, we put down the teacups, smile at each other, and feel quiet and happy.

This is a state where both the host and the guest are enlightened, but more often it is the other three states:

1. The subject has realized, but the guest has not. The person who makes the tea understands it, but the person who drinks the tea does not yet understand it. At this time, the person who makes the tea tries his best to convey the truth, goodness and beauty that he feels to the other person. If that person has a good nature and the timing is right, then both the host and the guest can reach a state of enlightenment. Otherwise, either the timing is not right or the wisdom is not enough, anyway, nothing can make it clear. What's worse, the tea drinker thinks he understands everything and will turn around and teach the tea maker a lesson. "Your tea-making posture is wrong, you need to lift your orchid finger to make it look better. You don't have enough force to pour water, you need to pull it higher, do you know the phoenix nods three times? The material of your purple clay is obviously not right, and the sound is not crisp. I know a purple clay master and I will introduce him to you later. Your tea has no fragrance, the tea I drank before was much better than this..." Little do people know that the more they know, the more they understand their own ignorance. They will be taciturn in many occasions and often be ambiguous when answering many questions. He will tell you multiple possibilities and let you choose and judge for yourself. What you are afraid of is killing the seeds of your enlightenment.

2. The guest has realized the truth, but the host has not. People who make tea don’t understand it, but people who drink tea have figured it out. This corresponds to the three forms of “fake” tea mentioned above. If the tea maker really doesn't understand, the guests should be understanding; if the tea maker pretends to know, the guests should be as tolerant as possible; if the tea maker knows but pretends not to know, and knowingly tries his best to package and promote the tea, and cover up his mistakes, that is extremely despicable.

3. Neither the host nor the guest realized. People who make tea don’t understand tea, and people who drink tea don’t understand tea either. No matter whether it is good or bad, real or fake, they drink it in a confused state. No one understands the subtlety of good tea, so people just drink it as an ordinary beverage. No one pointed out the shortcomings of bad tea, and people drank it and felt dry mouth, chest tightness, and dizziness, and thought they were suffering from tea intoxication. Of course, there are also beautiful scenes. Although you and I don’t know much about tea, we can have a great conversation with the help of tea. Although you and I don’t know much about tea, we both love and respect it, and we can have a brilliant time with a cup of ordinary tea.

In fact, it is easier to understand the samadhi of Japanese tea ceremony by starting with it. Because there is almost no "fake" matcha used in Japanese matcha ceremony, and it is not as diverse and colorful as Chinese tea. That's the aroma, that's the taste. When attending a Japanese tea ceremony or learning the Japanese tea ceremony, most people are not attracted by the aroma and taste, nor are they confused by it. Tea becomes simple and pure, and the mind is easier to focus and calm. In this way, time becomes long and slow, and one forgets about everything and enters into Zen.

Having good tea to drink and knowing how to drink good tea is a pure blessing. However, to enjoy this pure blessing, first you need to have the skills, and secondly, you need to develop a special feeling.

Tea is a natural health drink for most people. It has many benefits. Drinking it properly can quench thirst, help digestion, remove phlegm, refresh the mind, improve eyesight, and prevent a variety of diseases. The benefits of drinking tea are as follows:

1. Resist or prevent cancer. Cancer has become one of the biggest threats to human health. Tea contains catechins, especially in green tea, which accounts for 15%-20% of tea. Catechins and other flavonoids have certain anti-cancer effects. Tea also contains a certain amount of vitamin C and vitamin E, which also has an auxiliary anti-cancer effect;

2. Anti-radiation, because tea contains polyphenols, ester polysaccharides, vitamin C and carotene. These nutrients can combine to absorb some radioactive substances such as strontium and excrete them out of the body in the form of feces. The ingredients in tea can also prevent and treat external radiation damage caused by proton beams, X-rays or gamma rays, and can effectively prevent and treat some of the harm caused by radioactive substances to the human body;

3. Tea can help reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. One of the main causes of hypertension and coronary heart disease is the increase of blood lipids and cholesterol, which leads to arteriosclerosis. Drinking tea can effectively lower blood lipid and cholesterol levels, because tea polyphenols can inhibit the proliferation of arterial smooth muscle cells, have obvious anticoagulant and fibrinolysis promoting effects, resist blood plaque formation, reduce capillary fragility and blood viscosity;

4. Tea also has the benefit of sterilization and disinfection. Studies have shown that tea has an inhibitory effect on the growth and reproduction of harmful bacteria such as Salmonella, Staphylococcus, Bacillus anthracis, Bacillus subtilis, Diphtheria bacillus, Proteus, etc.

5. Tea can quench thirst and relieve heat. Drinking a cup of tea in the hot summer can make your mouth full of saliva and your whole body cool. It is a good product for relieving heat. Because the polyphenols, sugars, pectin, amino acids and other ingredients in tea react chemically with saliva, the mouth is moisturized and produces a cool feeling. In addition, the caffeine in tea can also regulate the body temperature center inside the human body, thereby achieving the purpose of regulating body temperature.

Tea has many benefits, but you should also be careful not to drink too much tea. A large amount of tea accumulated in the intestines may also affect the normal activity of the diaphragm and may cause a burden on the heart. In addition, do not often drink tea that is too strong, because excessively strong tea will lead to a large intake of caffeine. After being absorbed into the blood, it may cause excitement of the nervous system, and may also cause some allergies or muscle tremors. At the same time, overly strong tea may have a greater irritating effect on the gastrointestinal tract, so it is not advisable to drink too strong tea on an empty stomach. Drinking tea after being drunk may also increase the burden on the heart, so it is not recommended to drink excessive strong tea after drinking.
