The living allowance standards for village party organization secretaries who leave office normally are divided into three levels according to their years of service. For those who have served continuously for 6 years or for a total of 9 years, the living allowance standard will be determined at a rate not lower than 10% of the basic remuneration standard for the current village secretary; for those who have served continuously for 12 years or for a total of 18 years, the living allowance standard will be determined at 20%; and for those who have served continuously for 18 years or for a total of more than 27 years, the living allowance standard will be determined at 30%. The living allowance standard for a village director who leaves office normally will be determined at 80% of the living allowance standard for a village secretary who leaves office normally with the same years of service. For example, in Guiyang area: ① Subsidy recipients: Administrative village party organization secretaries, village committee directors and clerks who are within the range of living allowance levels for village cadres who have left office normally and are 60 years old or above for men and 55 years old or above for women, who have left office normally and have retired from their posts. ②Subsidy standard: 1,700 yuan per person per year for those who have served continuously for 2 terms or 6 years, or 3 terms or 9 years in total; 2,800 yuan per person per year for those who have served in the village for a total of 10-14 years; 3,200 yuan per person per year for those who have served in the village for a total of 15-19 years; 3,500 yuan per person per year for those who have served in the village for a total of 20-24 years; 3,800 yuan per person per year for those who have served in the village for a total of 25-29 years; 4,200 yuan per person per year for those who have served in the village for a total of 30-34 years; 4,500 yuan per person per year for those who have served in the village for a total of more than 35 years. 2. The latest salary standard for village cadres in 2022 The salary standard for village cadres in 2022 is not unified across the country. It is mainly composed of basic salary and other benefits. Generally, the salary of village committee clerks (village party secretaries) must be higher than twice the per capita disposable income of local residents, and the salary of village directors (village chiefs) must not be lower than 70% of the village clerks. The salary of other village committee cadres must not be lower than 50% of the village clerks. In addition, there are benefits such as pension insurance, year-end performance, regular physical examinations, etc. The salary standards for village cadres in various places in 2022 are as follows: 1. Based on the per capita disposable income of farmers in Luoyang City, Henan Province last year, the average monthly remuneration for village party organization secretaries in the city will reach 3,580 yuan, an increase of 65.5% from the current level.
