2. How to apply for the veterans’ preferential card online?

1. Application materials:

(1) Documents required for applicants: ① ID card; ② Recent 1-inch front-facing barehead color electronic ID photo with white background.

(2) Materials required when entrusting another person to apply: ① ID card and photo of the applicant; ② ID card and original written power of attorney of the trustee. (The written power of attorney shall state the name and ID number of the principal, the reason for the entrustment, the matters to be entrusted, the relationship between the principal and the trustee, the name and ID number of the trustee, etc., and shall be signed by the principal himself.)

2. Application process:
