Comparison of store traffic, customer orders, and conversion rates in each month: See whether the big promotion and daily sales are going well, and whether the customer orders and conversion rates can take over the incoming traffic. Analysis of traffic sources of each brand: mainly look at the ratio of paid and free. A healthy store has a ratio of 4:6 "paid: free", and which channel of traffic is mainly relied on among the paid sources. Analysis of the category structure of each brand: Here we mainly look at the brand’s core categories and the concentration of the categories. Analysis of the overall store structure: Through visitors, customer orders and conversion rates, we can see which link has problems from the GMV level.
