Some Lumia users said that they were unable to upgrade normally. Some users who successfully upgraded encountered insufficient storage space prompts when using their phones, even though there was enough storage space on their smartphones.

On Microsoft's official forum, Lumia users reported problems with the latest version of the upgrade. However, after several days of discussion, Microsoft did not respond until recently.

A Microsoft representative said on the forum that they are aware of various issues that occurred during the latest version upgrade, such as the upgrade being stuck at "0%" and insufficient storage space prompts. The Microsoft engineering team is currently fixing the issues and bugs and will release an updated version in the future.

The representative also said that Microsoft has withdrawn Windows 10 Mobile version 10586.29 from the upgrade server.

Microsoft also explained that if Lumia users encounter a prompt indicating insufficient storage space, they don't need to pay attention.
