Now we are collecting the third issue of Aiti Stories~

In this platform where you can display your talents, please feel free to share your IT skills and work experience in the form of stories. Please choose one of the following 6 story directions. After review by 51CTO, it will be presented on the 51CTO official website. This is not only a promotion of your personal brand, but also a precipitation of your years of experience. As long as you have a dream, 51CTO will take you to fly!

Content for submission : You can choose one of the following six topics, with no restrictions on style and a minimum of 1,000 words. The content should focus on describing the technical difficulties encountered, cause analysis, solutions, solutions, etc. Everyone's development experience is different. Communicate with your own heart, improve yourself, and give some encouragement to thousands of developers, so that every developer, especially those at your stage, can be inspired and encouraged to write about yourself.

Directions for Papers :

1. Career planning. When you reach a technical bottleneck, you will consider your career. How should a programmer develop? Should you switch to management or continue to work on technology and code? What are the problems that hinder you? How can you challenge yourself and successfully get through the bottleneck?

2. Improve technical skills. When entering the workplace for the first time, every programmer is exposed to different IT technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JAVA, PHP, C/C++, Android, .NET, MySQL, Linux, Python, Hadoop, WEB, etc. How do you accept it, learn it, and fall in love with it? On this basis, how can you improve your technical skills little by little?

3. Technology transformation. The old architecture, development language, and redundant code are not suitable for the current project. It is necessary to replace the previous architecture, overturn the code and rewrite it. What are the factors to consider? How is the selection plan implemented? How are the various difficulties solved?

4. Job hopping. IT is a high-paying industry, and it is common for programmers to job hop. From the moment you start to think about job hopping, what changes have you made in your thinking? What are the factors holding you back? Is the technical architecture behind the times? Is the code redundant and unmaintainable? Is there an endless amount of work to be done? Is the salary not enough? Is the programmer feeling aggrieved? Or are there other reasons?

5. Expand into new technology areas. A programmer who only knows one development language is not a good engineer. From Java to PHP, from front-end to back-end, from big data to artificial intelligence, how can you learn and overcome difficulties?

6. Position promotion. This is the external manifestation of the ability of a project engineer. From a junior project engineer to a technical manager or technical director, and then to an architect/CTO, what technical aspects are considered at each stage? How to cultivate management ability?
