• Cooperation Content:

Party A entrusts Party B with the optimization needs of its designated sites. 2. Fee Terms:

• All expenses incurred by Party A's site, including but not limited to website construction fees, website space usage fees, domain name fees, etc., shall be borne by Party A, and Party A must pay the relevant fees in a timely manner. Party B shall not bear any responsibility if the ranking of the service site decreases due to Party A's reasons.
• Party A shall pay the renewal fee to Party B on time in accordance with Yu Nian Network Technology’s charging standards: annual service fee, account deposit fee, etc. If Party A fails to pay any amount to Party B as stipulated in this Agreement, Party B may unconditionally terminate its services to Party A, close the promotion account and stop keyword optimization.
• The initial account opening fee for a site of Party A consists of: 5,000 yuan deposit fee (minimum standard) + 1,200 yuan annual service fee
• Party B's fee standards and services are as follows:

• During the service period, Party B shall provide services to Party A on time, and Party A may supervise Party B's service attitude.
• If Party A fails to provide the corresponding website data, or fails to provide the corresponding service permissions, and data loss or other problems occur, Yunian Network Technology will not be responsible for this. Party A is requested to back up the website by itself.
• During the service process, if the following situations occur, Party A has the right to request the replacement of the optimizer:

2.7.1 The current service optimizer has been receiving orders for 7 days but still has not performed basic operations such as keyword layout.

2.7.2 The current service optimizer has not performed any optimization operations or updated any optimization logs for more than 15 consecutive days (including 15 days) after receiving the order.

2.7.3 The current service optimizer has not completed the optimization task by the original expected optimization time.

• Since the signing of the contract, Party B needs to inform Party A of the expected launch time of keyword optimization. If the time is exceeded, Party A has the right to terminate the contract and request a refund:

2.8.1 If all submitted keywords are not put online, Party B will refund the deposit fee and annual service fee paid by Party A.

2.8.2 If part of the submitted keywords are put online, Party B will refund the balance in Party A's account.

2.8.3 Party A shall apply for refund according to Party B’s refund conditions and refund process, and Party B shall refund the funds to Party A’s original payment account within one month from the date of receipt of the application.

2.8.4 If the online time is exceeded due to Party A's reasons, such as insufficient website permissions or failure to renew the server domain name in time, Party B will not accept the refund application.

• During the service process, Party A has the right to apply to stop optimizing the entrusted keywords if the following situations occur:

2.9.1 Within 48 hours of account opening, Party A may apply to delete keywords, and Party B will delete the keywords on the same day after receiving the application.

2.9.2 Account suspension is limited to situations where Party A’s website cannot be opened due to objective factors. After suspension, the account will no longer be charged for keywords.

2.9.3 If the online keywords need to be deleted, Party B will proceed after receiving Party A's application. If the keywords are online within 1 month after the operation, fees will continue to be deducted.

2.9.4 If the offline keywords need to be deleted, Party B will proceed after receiving Party A’s application and delete them on the same day.

2.9.5 During the optimization process, Party A may add keywords and delivery platforms at any time. Party B must complete the addition on the same day after receiving the application.

2.9.6 Friendly reminder: Too many operations on online keywords will have an impact on the entire site, please be cautious.

2.10 If the balance in Party A’s account is insufficient for 7 days of consumption, Party A must renew the account promptly. Party B shall not be held responsible for the keyword being taken offline due to non-renewal and shall have the right to take the keyword offline.

2.11 The two parties shall unconditionally abide by the provisions of this Agreement in accordance with the principles of fairness, voluntariness, mutual benefit and common development, and Party B shall have the final right of interpretation.
