According to a notice issued by the Lijiang Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau on February 20, since the one district and four counties of Lijiang City have achieved zero cases and zero new cases (as of February 20, 2020, there have been no new confirmed cases and suspected cases for 18 consecutive days), it is a low-risk area for epidemic prevention and control. According to the No. 10 Notice of the Command Headquarters of the Yunnan Provincial Leading Group for Epidemic Response, "Implementation Opinions on Zoning and Grading Prevention and Control of the New Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic in Yunnan Province", the Lijiang Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau decided that the city's tourism industry will be open to low-risk areas for epidemic prevention and control in Yunnan Province and the country from the date of the announcement, and the city's tourism industry will fully resume operations. Lijiang will implement precise and key prevention and control in accordance with the national and provincial epidemic prevention and control requirements, and provide a safe, orderly, civilized and harmonious tourism environment for the majority of tourists visiting Lijiang. At present, Yulong Snow Mountain Scenic Area, Lijiang Ancient Town Scenic Area, Dongba Valley Scenic Area, Yushuizhai Scenic Area, Laojun Mountain Dawn Scenic Area, Shuhe Ancient Town Scenic Area, Lugu Lake Scenic Area, Guanyin Gorge Scenic Area, Heilongtan Scenic Area, Dongba Pantheon Scenic Area, Baisha Murals, Sangu Water Scenic Area, Dongba Kingdom Scenic Area, Yuzhu Qingtian Scenic Area, Yufeng Temple, Sister Lakes Scenic Area, and Lashi Lake Rural Tourism Area are resuming operations in an orderly manner.

Recently, the Lijiang Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, Lijiang Municipal Tourism Association, Dayan Ancient Town Inn Operators Association, Municipal Tourism Association Star-rated Hotel Branch, Ancient Town Star-rated Characteristic House Inn Association, relevant tourist attractions, cultural tourism and performing arts companies, etc. jointly launched an initiative, and joined hands with 1,516 cultural tourism companies to launch a bonus policy to pay tribute to the most beautiful "reversers", and give preferential treatment to medical workers and other relevant personnel across the country:

(I) Scenic spots (points): Yulong Snow Mountain Scenic Area (AAAAA), Dongba Valley Scenic Area (AAAA), Yushuizhai Scenic Area (AAAA), Laojun Mountain Dawn Scenic Area (AAAA), Shuhe Ancient Town Scenic Area (AAAA), Lugu Lake Scenic Area (AAAA), Guanyin Gorge Scenic Area (AAAA), Dongba Pantheon Scenic Area (AAA), Baisha Murals (AAA), Sangushui Scenic Area (AA), Dongba Kingdom Scenic Area (AA), Yuzhu Qingtian Scenic Area (AA), Yufeng Temple (AA), Sister Lake Scenic Area (AA), Ancient City Mu Mansion, Ancient City Wangulou, will be given free admission to those who meet the preferential exemption conditions.

(II) Cultural, tourism and performing arts enterprises: The large-scale song and dance evening "Lishui Jinsha", the large-scale live performance "Impression of Lijiang", the large-scale song and dance "Lijiang Eternal Love", the large-scale Dongba epic fantasy stage play "Snow Mountain Mythology", the original song and dance drama "Flower House Love Song" and other performances will be given free tickets to those who meet the preferential conditions through advance reservation.

(3) Star-rated hotels (special residential inns): Star-rated hotels (special residential inns) in the Old Town District of Lijiang City and Yulong County will provide a one-night accommodation waiver to those who meet the exemption conditions (specific reservation and reception operation details will be formulated and released separately).

(IV) Dayan Ancient Town B&Bs: B&Bs participating in the “Warm Stay for Reverse Travelers” activity will provide a total of 50,000 room nights, and provide free accommodation to those who meet the preferential conditions (specific room reservation and reception operation details will be formulated and released separately).

(V) Catering enterprises: 17 catering enterprises in Lijiang will provide a 50% discount to those who meet the preferential exemption conditions (specific reception operation details will be formulated and promulgated separately).

(6) Lijiang Dongba Valley Automobile Tourism Camp: For those who meet the preferential exemption conditions, the parking fee for their own RV is waived for three days, and the accommodation fee for one room per night in the camp is free. A 50% discount will be given from the second day (specific reservation and reception operation details will be formulated and issued separately).
