In accordance with the relevant deployment requirements of Jinan City's "Guiding Opinions on the Orderly Opening of A-level Tourist Attractions" (hereinafter referred to as the "Opinions") and "Jinan City A-level Tourist Attractions New Coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control Work Guidelines" (hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines"), Jinan Thousand Buddha Mountain Scenic Area, Jinan Baihua Park, Jinan Botanical Garden, Jinan Forest Park, Jinan Zhongshan Park, Jinan Yingxiongshan Scenic Area, Jinan Quancheng Park, Jinan Flower Garden Park, Jinan Laiwu Red Stone Park, Jinan Laiwu Xihai Park, Jinan Laiwu Yalushan Park, Jinan Laiwu Lianhe Park, Jinan Laiwu Victory Park, Jinan Laiwu Qingcaohe Park, and Jinan Laiwu Botanical Garden carefully compared the opening conditions and steps, and implemented them one by one. After on-site inspection by Jinan Municipal Bureau of Landscape and Forestry Greening, they passed the acceptance and met the conditions for opening. They were open to the public on February 27.

Among them, the opening hours of the paid park scenic areas Jinan Thousand Buddha Mountain Scenic Area and Jinan Botanical Garden are from 8:00 to 17:00 , and the opening hours of the free park scenic areas are from 6:00 to 18:00. Jinan Thousand Buddha Mountain Scenic Area and Jinan Botanical Garden implement online real-name reservation and ticket purchase, on-site QR code scanning verification, or on-site ticket purchase and entry with valid documents. Free admission to the park scenic area with valid ID.

According to the needs of management and control, each park and scenic area will open the following entrances and exits in an orderly manner: the north gate, art academy gate, and south gate of Jinan Thousand Buddha Mountain Scenic Area, the east gate and west gate of Baihua Park, the north gate, east gate, south gate, and southeast gate of Quancheng Park, the south gate and north gate of Zhongshan Park, Chixia Square of Yingxiong Mountain, the south gate and north gate of Forest Park, the east gate and north gate of Huapu Park, the east gate of Jinan Botanical Garden, the east gate and south gate of Hongshi Park, the north gate and east gate of Xihai Park, the east gate and south gate of Yalushan Park, the south gate and north gate of Victory Park, the west gate of Botanical Garden, Qingcaohe Park, and Lianhe Park.

Citizens and tourists entering all parks and scenic areas must undergo temperature checks and are allowed to enter the park only after passing the test and identity verification. Citizens and tourists with a body temperature above 37.3 degrees are prohibited from entering the park, and the park scenic area will report it in accordance with the requirements of the "Guidelines". Citizens and tourists entering the park must wear masks throughout their visit and are not allowed to take them off at will. During the controlled opening of the park scenic area, no group entry will be allowed.

During the epidemic prevention and control period, Jinan Zoo will temporarily close, and indoor exhibition rooms and halls in other parks and scenic areas, morning and evening exercises, supporting service facilities, amusement facilities and closed attractions will also be temporarily closed.
