The reason is that he is extremely irreplaceable. F has a strong ability to analyze and simplify complex things.

For example, every time the boss asked the operations partner to analyze a certain product, F could always find the most core point and the most extreme and concise PPT to report. In addition, he had unique insights and was able to exceed the boss's expectations every time.

Operations people are easily moved by themselves. They think, "Oh my god, I am working so hard by staying up late and overtime. I am so great. I am getting closer to my ideal." However, after devoting so many years of your youth to operations, you still can't do it well.

Anxiety and confusion are the states that many operations partners want to escape from. The most worrying solution may be to try to build your irreplaceability to enhance your value. This irreplaceability can be copywriting ability, the ability to attract new customers, the ability to plan events, personal connections, the ability to complete KPIs, etc.

Her operational articles were not amazing, and her work experience did not involve any high-end Internet companies like BAT . So how could she do so well? My curiosity was about to explode.

Until one day when I asked her out for coffee, I heard her talk about how she maintained an update of 2,000 to 3,000 words every day, answered 100 questions on Zhihu a week, taught classes on NetEase Cloud when she had time, and used various methods to promote and market herself.

No matter how busy she is at work, she maintains this self-discipline, seizing every opportunity to write tweets as much as she can, and has mastered various postures that allow her to type quickly on the subway, bus, and airplane.
