Regarding the suspension of catering service business units

Notice on Group Dining

In accordance with the spirit of the meeting of the Dalian Municipal Command Headquarters for Coordinating the Prevention and Control of the New Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic and Economic and Social Development, and in combination with the current reality of the city's epidemic prevention and control work, it has been decided to suspend collective dining activities in catering service operators from now on. The relevant requirements are hereby notified as follows:

1. Catering service operators should stop collective dining such as wedding banquets and birthday banquets.

2. Catering service operators should require consumers to show their "Liaositong Health Code" and "State Council Travel Card" before entering the store, cooperate with body temperature measurement, and complete registration.

3. Catering service operators, including canteens, should follow the relevant requirements of the "Regulations on the Orderly Restoration of On-site Dining by Catering Service Operators during the New Coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control Period" to strengthen epidemic prevention and control management such as employees, spaced dining and ventilation of venues.
