Shenzhen Huaqiang City Garden's first "according to points" sincere registration

On July 30, after the implementation details of the “July 15 New Policy” were announced, the Huaqiang City Garden project located in Bao’an District, Shenzhen, released a sales announcement plan.

According to the plan, a total of 556 units will be sold, with a total of 8 types of housing units with construction areas of approximately 72, approximately 110, approximately 125, and approximately 130 square meters. The sales will be carried out through online "sincere registration", offline "notarized lottery for house selection sequence numbers", and offline "notarized house selection".
It is worth noting that the sincere registration qualification review adopts a "points system". Only the top 5,560 people in terms of points are eligible to participate in the notarized lottery, which means that 5,560 people will draw lots for 556 houses.

According to the scoring rules of the plan, there are three scoring items, namely, the purchase of a house in Shenzhen, the household registration status, and the social security payment status in Shenzhen. The points for the sincere registration qualification review are the sum of the three points.

In the Shenzhen housing purchase situation item, if there is no record of purchasing a house in Shenzhen, you can get 50 points; if there is a record of purchasing a house in Shenzhen but currently no house under your name, you can get 40 points; if you already have 1 house in Shenzhen, you can get 10 points. It is worth noting that for married couples, it is necessary to check the housing purchase record of both spouses in Shenzhen. If either spouse has a housing purchase record in Shenzhen, it will be 40 points; if both spouses have no housing purchase record in Shenzhen, it will be 50 points.

In the household registration status item, if both spouses are Shenzhen residents, 10 points can be obtained; if only one spouse or the single person is a Shenzhen resident, 5 points can be obtained; if both spouses or the single person is not a Shenzhen resident, 0 points can be obtained.

In the item of social security payment in Shenzhen, 0.1 point per month can be obtained based on the total number of months that both husband and wife have paid social security in Shenzhen. If single, only the individual himself will be calculated.
