Li Sixia, a 57-year-old female engineer from Shaanxi, had been "struggling" with the stone factory in her hometown for six years and was sentenced to two and a half years in prison for the crime of picking quarrels and provoking trouble. Recently, the second-instance court ruled to revoke the first-instance judgment and send it back for retrial.
