The reason is simple: if an employee leaves, the new employee can see previous communication scenarios, which helps user operation and maintenance personnel to close deals faster, so choose a device with larger memory. 2. Mobile phone card. I chose a package with more mobile data based on the local network signal. Why? This is because this phone should not use the company's WIFI from the moment it registers with WeChat. If the company has many marketing phones in the future and they all use the company's WiFi, WeChat officials will determine them as marketing accounts at the same time and place, and will actively block messages for users. In other words, only a small number of people can see the Moments sent out by some WeChat accounts . Traffic Import 1. Traffic Source To build community marketing in a short period of time, of course, you have to use existing traffic as a basis. Traffic Import In order to avoid WeChat’s 15-20 day “marketing account” rule, we adopted a traffic generation method that mainly used SMS + telemarketing and supplemented by active addition. This copy may make readers wonder: "Is giving gifts like car towels ineffective?" First of all, I learned that this store only gives out gifts during promotions and not at other times. Secondly, in order to increase the adding rate, special emphasis is placed on "strong water absorption and no lint shedding". This is also a better use of the "I am better than others" method. One thing to emphasize here is that you should use a mobile phone number to call, not a landline number; if a user refuses to be added, do not hesitate and give up directly, and use your time on users you have no contact with; if a user agrees to be added or hangs up without answering the call, you must send a text message again. In the end, more than 8,000 pieces of data provided by the e-commerce department were completed within 14 days, and a total of more than 2,000 friends were added. In fact, the best effect is to prepare a few more mobile phones and bind them to old WeChat accounts. Then, you can call the user directly, obtain the user's consent, and directly add the user's WeChat. At the same time, you can achieve diversion, reduce the response pressure of user operation and maintenance personnel, and increase the operation and maintenance transaction rate. Some businesses generally refuse to use this in the initial stages because it requires a lot of expenses, such as mobile phones, which are the biggest expense. (III) Product selection Choosing a product is actually the first step, because choosing a product does not conflict with the time of purchasing equipment or registering on WeChat. When choosing a product to enter community marketing, purchasing equipment and registering on WeChat have also been carried out simultaneously. According to the company's products and the time of June, windshield washer fluid is the product that is most likely to be repurchased. In June, windshield washer fluid is consumed very quickly. After users are directed to WeChat, as time goes by, the temperature drops and there will be sales opportunities for antifreeze. If you hint at it in your circle of friends, it will serve as a reminder to users. Therefore, windshield washer fluid was used as an introduction to the company's start-up phase. 3. User Operation and Maintenance 1. User Segmentation Name: Telephone: City: Model: Some readers here may ask, wouldn’t it be better to simply transfer the user information from the e-commerce platform? Of course this can be done, but the workload from finding users to adding user information is very large. At the same time, the advantage of pushing information in this way lies in the official sense of ceremony. Users will basically receive the information above because they know that merchants also know this information. After the user provides the information, the customer service will search the data exported from the e-commerce platform based on the phone number provided by the user and mark the user as having added WeChat. Put the information provided by the user into the description column of WeChat, and classify the labels according to the user information, such as: city, gender, age (needs guidance), car model, purchased products, expiration reminders, and whether there are sales channels (needs guidance). The reason why we need to create labels is, on the one hand, to let user operation and maintenance personnel know what kind of people are suitable for recommending what kind of products. The ultimate goal is distribution. Another important reason is to tailor social marketing to each individual. Take note: Not every post you make on your Moments needs to be seen by everyone! 2. Add a reply After the label is completed, it is time to say "strongly absorbent and non-linting" for the gift. Online feedback areas refer to selling goods through online channels and finding county-level units with high sales. The reason for choosing county-level units is very simple. The permanent residents basically have low-level titles, and there are many people around them who have cars. Word-of-mouth marketing and spreading in the circle of friends can have obvious benefits in a short time. Single-group positioning refers to focusing on car owners of a certain model. The company used data to show that a county-level unit focused on the Volkswagen POLO and established a local car owner club WeChat group . When targeting a single group of people, you should specifically explain to readers that these people are all from the local area. The participation in establishing a community is very high and the maintenance cost is relatively low.
