This is actually a very formal, long-term project that does not require active traffic generation. However, many friends always set limits for themselves. They think they are not professional lecturers, and are afraid that no one will buy the courses they record in non-standard Mandarin, or they don’t even know how to record a course. They are also afraid of the risk of infringement when reposting courses, and they are afraid of this and that, and they can’t even find a channel for courses without watermarks.

My strategy is to increase volume at the low end. First of all, setting the price at 9.9 is equivalent to directly telling everyone that this is definitely not a high-end course. After all, you get what you pay for. Since buyers choose to buy, they will not have too high expectations for the courses I upload. Because of this price, I naturally don’t have to record the courses very well, which can save me a lot of time cost. Basically, I can produce a set of such courses in one day.

Then in terms of course content, taking the ones in the picture above as an example, which one requires too much professional skills and knowledge? Basically, all major search engines can search for the graphic and text versions of these contents. All we have to do is to simply organize the searched graphic and text contents into PPT courseware, and then record while explaining according to the PPT. Those with better memory don’t even need to make PPT, they can just remember it in their minds and record the video course directly on the computer desktop. Since the price is not high, it is enough to record five to ten lessons for a set of courses. After all, the price is so low that many things can be taken for granted, and it won’t take up much of our time to do this project.

Some friends may think, is there anyone who will buy our low-quality courses if this is the case? I can tell you clearly that as long as you dare to record, there will be people who dare to buy it. This is similar to running a self-media platform. As long as you dare to write, there will be people who dare to read it.

As shown in the picture above, this has sold more than 300 copies, and I earned more than 3,000 yuan from this set of courses. However, the time spent from the so-called organization of courseware to the completion of recording only took one day, and the time efficiency ratio is already very high. Looking at the right side, the average duration of each video course is less than 5 minutes. This is recording for the sake of recording, and for the sake of completing the task. As long as the goal is very clear, the project will be easy to do.

So when doing this project, don't be afraid that no one will buy it. The user groups are different. Similar to the e-commerce platforms such as Moduo and JD.com, we are also in the downstream market. The reason why Moduo can rise so quickly is because there are so many people in the downstream market. So when doing a project, you must first identify your target group.

Of course, low-end and low-quality products will inevitably attract a lot of bad reviews. It doesn’t matter. Our goals must be clear. We are here to do the project. Don’t care too much about whether the reviews are good or not. We are originally in the sinking market. We mainly focus on volume. After all, it costs less than ten yuan to learn the course. Most people will give a bad review at most if they think the course is not good. After all, the price is here and the requirements will not be too high, but this does not affect our ability to make money at all.

In addition, you can also magnify the operation, just like publishing a video on multiple platforms in self-media. This can also be published on multiple platforms. Here I summarize several platforms for Dongguan Feng Chao, NetEase Cloud Classroom, Tencent Classroom, Taobao Education, Toutiao paid column, Qianliao, Lizhi Micro Class, etc. Some of these platforms require skill certificates or thresholds, which you can solve if you pay attention. If you can't even pass the instructor registration, it would be embarrassing for those of us who play on the Internet.

Of course, if you have the ability to do high-end work, it would be better to sell a set of high-quality courses for hundreds or thousands of dollars, but at the same time, the time and professionalism will definitely be higher. My method is only suitable for friends who don’t have much professional skills but want to find a long-term, stable and formal project to play with.
