Know and master the "live code"I believe that many people still don’t know what the live code means. In our normal WeChat group, the QR code can only be scanned by one hundred people. That is to say, only one hundred people can enter the group by scanning the QR code. You cannot enter when you scan it. It will show that the group has too many people and requires an invitation before you can enter. The live code will remove this permission once 100 people have scanned the code. In other words, the only advantage of the live code is that when a group is formed, it can be set how many times the group needs to be scanned before jumping. The third advantage is that it allows multiple accounts to increase followers at the same time. You may wonder why group fission can increase followers on multiple accounts at the same time? Let me give you an example. For tonight's class, I set it up as a series divided into 3 sections. In the first section, I will push a message to you that you need to follow the XX public account. In the second section, I will not put it on XX, but on the YY account. In the third section, I will change to another public account, which means that you need to follow three public accounts in three sections. I will push it in the same way in the group. Changing the position of the public account followed and reducing the difficulty of user participation will greatly reduce the user loss rate of scanning the code. Therefore, this path between groups is the most suitable for fission at present! Why should a user follow multiple public accounts? For those who work with traffic, the monetization of traffic accounts is generally achieved by selling traffic or taking advertisements, so he maximizes the use of one fan. As mentioned above, you may have seen this in the circle of friends. Ctrip assisted the hotel and launched a group fission activity. What is the difference between this activity and the activities you have seen before? Let's take a look at the path first. The first part of the path is the poster. For each fission, we have to follow a fixed pattern, which is that the first step is to set the goal, the second step is to design the path, and then conduct repeated verification. Generally speaking, what is the goal when we do fission? The two most core goals are to increase followers and make money, right? So how do we design the path? We have just talked about three paths above. You can switch the QR codes of these three paths at will, and with the free switching of tools, you can actually match countless routes. So how do you verify it repeatedly? It is to actually practice, test and verify it. Okay, next let’s talk about some issues that are more easily involved in poster fission. The first issue is actually the poster. Many people say that posters are an important factor affecting fission, and it is indeed the case. The two posters I posted are both examples of my own practical work. The activity fission of these two posters is more than 50,000 people, which means more than 500 groups. If the layout is reasonable, the more keywords there are, the more factors it will attract users. So when you are doing WeChat group fission, if your topic is clear, the first thing you need to do is to dig and extract keywords from the topic that can attract users to click; then the more keywords you collect, the stronger the incentive will become, the stronger the user's willingness to scan the code will become, and the spread rate of the poster will also become stronger. In this process we are talking about, there is a prerequisite that the layout of the poster is reasonable. Tip 2: Endorsement. Endorsement actually has a great influence on users. So what I will do below is to give you a fixed poster template and you can just use this template to make it. The first part is the main title, which should not exceed ten words. It should contain the keywords that are most painful to users, or the keywords that are the most attractive. The second part is the subtitle, which is mainly used to summarize the main title; The third part is the outline, the features of the product, which mainly includes what problems it solves and what benefits it can bring to users. The fourth one is the endorsement, which is what we just said, Lei Jun, Ma Huateng, and Zuckerberg, highly recommended, and then three exclamation marks. The fifth is incentive. Incentives are mainly reflected in several places. The first is time. Time incentives are only limited to before midnight, only before ten o'clock tonight. No one will be accepted after the time is up. The second is the original price. Today, the original price is 99 and the current price is 9.9 yuan. The third is the number of places. There are only 300 places for this event. Then the first 100 places will be given something. The fourth is the gift. As long as you participate in this event, you will get 1,000 fission posters. Start-up volume:Next, I will talk to you about the starting volume. The starting volume is actually a core element of fission. So, when I promote it, the group that users enter through this QR code is different from the QR code of the poster forwarded by users in the group. So why did I design it this way? My first wave of promotion is equivalent to me spending 5,000 yuan on you. I asked my brother to help me promote it, and then I gave you the money while I was doing an event. After you helped me promote it, all your users scanned the code to join the group. After joining the group, I have already calculated how many users came from your side for the 5,000 yuan I spent, right? Then I will use this wave of your users to do fission. So after the users join the group, I will let them join another group with the posters forwarded in the group. After they join the other group, I can count how many users were fissioned after the users from you helped me forward the posters. So at this time you can get two data. The first data is how many users came when you spent money on promotion, and the second data is how many users were brought in by the users you promoted and forwarded. The first quantity is called the extension quantity, and the second quantity is called the fission quantity. So how do we calculate the fission rate at this time? The amount of fission divided by the amount of promotion equals the fission rate. After we calculate the fission rate, I will tell you a value based on my experience. That is to say, when you test an activity and you just want it to run in more than a hundred groups, you must ensure that your fission rate is greater than 1.2. Greater than 1.2 means that a poster you forward to your circle of friends can bring in 1.2 people. Next I will talk about the second testing method. The second testing method is called AB testing of posters. This test is usually done by a third-party tool. There is no special technique. This tool is to test the level of dissemination of the poster. Generally speaking, if you release the poster and look at the normal data, how many levels can the poster be disseminated? According to the official answer, it is above level nine. Under the condition of ensuring risk control, you can go all out to promote the poster. Basically, this event poster will definitely go viral. So after we have tested the fission rate or the level of poster dissemination, we need to get the startup volume. I will now tell you to accumulate platform traffic. Let me tell you about one of my main channels at present, which is the English account related to activities. I will do the placement in English. Just like what we said just now, I will take out one thousand yuan and invest in the other party’s English account related to the activity. I only need to ensure that this activity can explode after investing once, and the volume brought by this wave will become my permanent startup volume, and I can use this as the startup in the future. The second form is to advertise through the circle of friends of students who are mothers. Generally, it costs three yuan to forward one circle of friends for students. The one for mothers may be cheaper, that is, she is willing to help you forward one circle of friends for one yuan. The third channel is the delivery through WeChat groups. This has a relatively broad fan base. When you deliver, there will be a problem that you may have promoted it but the effect is not very good. Then, what is this suitable for? It is suitable for tasks such as delivering things through the Internet. In other words, it covers a large number of people who are greedy for small profits. If you want to deliver things like this, don't use the WeChat group to deliver things to the WeChat group. The fourth type is personal point-to-point group messaging on WeChat, which is the type of point-to-point group messaging we usually use on WeChat to send messages to others. There is actually a skill in this group messaging process. Most people just send a poster to the group, but no one actually reads it. The smarter ones use conversational language and posters to push the message. Of course, those who are particularly good at marketing will just add a link to the simple conversational language and then add a poster at the bottom to push it. You have to give the user the right to choose. He may not scan the code, but he can click on the link, right? Cold Start:Because social traffic fission mainly relies on a cold start. When we have the first wave of delivery or the traffic we have accumulated before to do a cold start, as long as one fission test is successful, then the batch of resources you get will become the starting volume for our next activity, right? In fact, this is a snowball effect, which means that the more successful times you are, the greater the starting volume. Okay, after talking about the startup volume, let's move on to the next core factor, which is courses. Most people may ask why courses are used as an inducement for fission. Let me explain to you that the marginal cost of courses is very low, they are highly replicable, and anything can be related to education. Think about it, can all industries be related to education? If you push your official account in the next two or three hours, the activity of the group will gradually decrease. Therefore, you must push the official account business card as soon as possible after the group is full so that people can receive the class, so that the attention rate of the official account will reach the highest.
