This rule will take effect immediately after you agree and submit it. By checking the box, you will be deemed to have fully understood and accepted the terms of this service rule. Once accepted, it will only be valid for this promotion application. Huawei App Market brand resource bidding promotion service is provided based on Huawei App Market paid promotion platform. It adopts an online real-time bidding model, follows the principles of fairness and justice, and meets the promotion needs of partners. The brand resource bidding promotion service is based on "days" and the promotion time is from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59. Partners can create promotion tasks for brand recommendation positions on the Huawei AppGallery paid promotion platform and bid online for the selected time and location. During the bidding process, you can monitor the bidding status in real time. After the bidding ends, if your bid amount is higher than other bidders, you will successfully win the resource position. Within seven consecutive days, a single application can create bidding tasks for the same resource location within three days. The brand resource bidding promotion service requires you to provide corresponding online materials. The time for online submission of materials is from the time you successfully bid for the resource position to the time before the task is executed. Please ensure that the material has been reviewed and approved by Huawei before going online. 1. Account balance1.1 When bidding, partners must ensure that the funds in their accounts are not less than the bid amount, otherwise they will not be able to bid. 1.2 When a partner is leading in bidding, the bid amount in the promotion task will be locked by the system and the locked amount cannot be used for other promotion tasks. 1.3 After the bidding ends, the amount of resources that the partner has not successfully won in the account will be released, and the amount of resources that have been successfully won will continue to be locked. When the brand promotion task is officially executed, the system will deduct the locked bidding amount. 2. Promotion tasks2.1 Brand promotion tasks cannot be cancelled and can only be paused during the "Bidding - Behind" and "Execution" stages. 2.2 The bidding task cannot be paused and is not allowed to be modified. It can only be modified after the bid is surpassed. 2.3 A single app cannot bid repeatedly for the same type of brand recommendation position on the same day. 3. Material review3.1 The same material cannot be reused. 3.2 After winning the resources, the Partner must submit promotional materials 3 working days before the task is executed. The Partner must ensure that the images and texts in the materials comply with the provisions of national and regional laws and regulations, and the materials can only be put online after review by Huawei. 3.3 When using portraits or trademarks in promotional materials, partners must provide corresponding proof of ownership. Based on the content of the materials, industry qualification certificates and a letter of disclaimer for the content of the materials, the material provider must bear all legal responsibilities. 4. Breach of Contract4.1 During the bidding process, if there is a resource conflict between the two parties, Huawei will lock the resource position, the system will end the bidding, and the partner will need to reselect the delivery time. 4.2 After winning the resources, if the promotion task needs to be cancelled due to resource scheduling conflicts, policy adjustments or other force majeure factors, the two parties shall resolve the issue through friendly negotiation. 4.3 After winning the bidding for resources, if the task is not successfully executed due to the partner's failure to submit materials in time, failure to pass the material review or other reasons, the system will deduct the bidding fee. For matters not covered in these rules, the Huawei Developer Service Agreement and Huawei Partner Paid Service Agreement shall prevail. Related reading: 1.
