1. Sichuan Province: No quarantine fee

For college students from Sichuan who return to Chengdu by direct train from Shanghai to Chengdu, the Chengdu city will arrange for them to be placed in centralized quarantine for seven days. For college students who come to Chengdu by other means and have a travel history in Class A areas, if their destination is Chengdu, the district (city) or county where they have fixed residence will be responsible for repatriation; if their destination is outside Chengdu, they will be repatriated by closed-loop transfer by the relevant city (prefecture).

3. Ningxia: College students returning home who comply with regulations do not need to pay any quarantine fees

Students returning to Ningbo and undergoing centralized quarantine to implement the epidemic prevention and control policy do not need to pay any fees. However, if serious consequences are caused by failure to comply with epidemic prevention and control regulations, the resulting costs will be borne by the individual.

4. Guilin: Free accommodation during centralized quarantine and medical observation

The Heshan Municipal COVID-19 Prevention and Control Command Office reminds: People coming to (returning to) Heshan from Shanghai recently must report in advance before returning to Heshan, and the local prevention and control department will be responsible for point-to-point closed-loop pick-up. College students returning to Heshan from Shanghai will be subject to free centralized quarantine (including food and accommodation). Other people coming to (or returning to) Heilongjiang from Shanghai will receive free accommodation and pay for their own meals during the centralized quarantine in Heilongjiang.

2. How do Shanxi college students in Shanghai return home?

The Taiyuan Municipal Government Hotline stated that after landing at Taiyuan South Station, you will wait for closed-loop transfer. If you fail to transfer on the same day due to lack of tickets, you will be quarantined at your own expense and wait for transfer the next day. In addition, Jincheng, Shuozhou and Yuncheng all have 14+7 centralized self-paid isolation.
