Abnormal situation 1: The skin becomes dull and dry

In fact, this is one of the symptoms of liver damage. The liver is the largest blood storage organ in the body. Abnormal situation 3: Dark urine appears more frequently

However, if you drink water normally on a daily basis, but the color of your urine remains brown or dark yellow, you need to pay proper attention.

This is because when liver cells are damaged, the body's bilirubin concentration increases, and bilirubin will flow out through the body's metabolic system. Frequent and abnormally dark urine means that the bilirubin content is high, so there is a risk of liver damage. Please be vigilant about this phenomenon.

Abnormal situation 4: body edema or fluid retention

When liver cells are damaged for a long time, liver fibrosis and cirrhosis are common symptoms. At this time, because the blood circulation of the liver itself is affected and the venous pressure increases, body fluids will mostly accumulate in the abdomen and legs, causing fluid retention and edema.

Once such a situation occurs, it is mostly related to damage to liver health. Going to the hospital for examination and treatment in time is the best option.

In addition, if you want to protect your liver and avoid liver cancer, you must not only prevent symptoms of liver damage in daily life, but also do a good job of preventing liver disease in advance. Some habits in daily life can easily damage the liver, so avoiding them if possible can also help liver health.

1. Staying up late. The habit of staying up late can be said to be the source of most diseases, and the liver is no exception. Staying up late often can easily lead to insufficient blood supply to liver cells, destroy the original cell structure, increase the risk of liver damage, and affect liver function due to lack of rest.

2. Excessive drinking. The liver is one of the metabolic organs of the human body. Drinking alcohol frequently will increase the burden on the liver while metabolizing alcohol. The liver tissue itself will also be stimulated by alcohol, which will then induce alcoholic hepatitis, fatty liver, and even increase the risk of liver cancer.

3. Getting angry easily. Studies have found that people who get angry easily have an 8 times higher risk of liver disease than ordinary people. Frequent anger can lead to symptoms of liver qi stagnation, which can also easily cause liver tissue damage. Only by living an optimistic life, being generous and self-disciplined, and having a healthy and positive mood can we better protect liver health.
