Family

Have you heard of washing machine love?

First, soak you, then revolve around you

Then it becomes tangled

Finally, I'll leave you aside

Such a bad thing actually happened to me!

A good chat with the person you like

Suddenly left me aside

No reply to messages, no answer to calls

See me on the street

Put on your sunglasses, hold your mask tightly, and run

However, just now

I met him on the street again.

As soon as I saw him, I

I immediately used a grappling move

This time, he had to tell the truth:

"It's not that I flirt and then go play pua"

I am afraid of my inferiority complex

I don't want to cause you any trouble.

A person who has always been a social bull

Why did you suddenly become socially phobic?

“I was diagnosed with COVID-19 and was discharged from the hospital a week ago.

I am afraid that I may infect others with the virus.”

You don't take our

Discharge criteria are taken seriously

01.

How can COVID-19 patients be discharged from hospital?

According to the ninth trial version of the Diagnosis and Treatment Plan for Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia, the prerequisites for discharge of patients infected with the novel coronavirus must meet the following four points at the same time:

Body temperature returns to normal for more than 3 days;

Respiratory symptoms improved significantly;

Pulmonary imaging showed significant improvement of acute exudative lesions;

The Ct values of the novel coronavirus nucleic acid test gene and ORF gene are ≥35 for two consecutive times (fluorescence quantitative PCR method, the cutoff value is 40, and the sampling time is at least 24 hours apart), or the novel coronavirus nucleic acid test is negative for two consecutive times (fluorescence quantitative PCR method, the cutoff value is lower than 35, and the sampling time is at least 24 hours apart).

02.

Will the virus return to normal after being discharged from hospital?

Is it contagious if you test positive again?

In 2020, Shenzhen CDC and Shenzhen Third People's Hospital conducted a survey on COVID-19 patients who tested positive again after being discharged from the hospital. The results showed that none of the close contacts of the patients who tested positive again tested positive. The researchers also failed to isolate the virus from the samples of the patients who tested positive again.

The concept of re-positivity needs to be treated with caution. In the vast majority of cases, re-positivity is not true re-positivity, but the CT value of the new coronavirus nucleic acid is greater than 35. At this time, the so-called re-positivity is just that some virus fragments can be detected. In terms of viral gene sequencing, the complete virus sequence cannot be detected. There are no recorded cases of infection among the close contacts of these re-positivity patients.

03.

After discharge

Will you be infected with the same strain again?

According to the past experience of COVID-19 treatment at home and abroad, the probability of repeated infection is very low. There are only a few cases of patients with repeated infection at home and abroad, and they are all prone to occur in patients with low immunity. In other words, after recovering from COVID-19, according to past experience, recovered COVID-19 patients will produce higher titers of neutralizing antibodies. Generally speaking, after having higher titers of neutralizing antibodies, the recovered patients will not be infected with the same virus subtype again within three months.

But we still need to be vigilant about the possibility of reinfection with the new coronavirus, which is more common abroad. An individual can be infected with different strains of the new coronavirus, such as the Alpha strain, Beta strain, Delta strain, Omicron strain, etc., but the possibility of the same individual being repeatedly infected with the same strain is very small.

04.

Will I be able to infect other people after being discharged from the hospital?

Practical research has shown that COVID-19 patients are no longer contagious after they meet the criteria for release from isolation or discharge. No live virus or very small amounts of virus can be isolated from samples of patients with a Ct value ≥ 35 that meet the discharge criteria, which means that these patients are no longer contagious and can be discharged home without affecting the health and safety of surrounding residents.

In addition, the health management after discharge has been changed from the original 14-day isolation management or isolation management in a rehabilitation hospital to home health monitoring. Judging from the actual situation of discharged patients, the entire body function can basically return to normal within 7 days.

According to the national standards for health management of discharged patients, before leaving the hospital, the hospital will conduct terminal disinfection of relevant items and environment, including terminal disinfection of the patient's luggage, clothing, personal belongings and other items they carry with them, and treat used disposable items, domestic garbage and abandoned items as medical waste.

COVID-19 patients discharged from hospital

Should not be discriminated against by society

With the release of the latest ninth edition of the diagnosis and treatment plan, scientific and precise prevention and control, the isolation time after infection with the new coronavirus has been greatly shortened, the economic burden and time cost of the new coronavirus infected have been greatly reduced, and the corresponding psychological problems can also be greatly alleviated. However, we need to do a good job in preventing discrimination against the new coronavirus and do a good job in popularizing science.

Based on current research and clinical experience, COVID-19 patients have produced corresponding antibodies in their bodies after being discharged from hospital and asymptomatic infected persons have been released from medical observation, and are no longer contagious. I hope that their families and communities do not need to worry about this, let alone discriminate.

Treating COVID-19 patients

Love, don't avoid it

Those who have had the coronavirus

Don't be self-deprecating or anxious.

Need to know

When you stand in front of the new crown again

You've put on the armor.

Almost invincible

Also, people are forgetful.

After all, everyone is busy
