There are early signs of Alzheimer's disease! Eating these can prevent it early

Talking about Alzheimer's disease

The first impression of many people is

Dementia, can't remember things

Even under the influence of some TV dramas

Alzheimer's disease is glorified

"I have forgotten the whole world, but I will never forget loving you"

But the truth is cruel

Alzheimer's disease patients

I will forget love, I will forget you

Will gradually lose its original dignity

It brings a heavy burden to the family

Alzheimer's disease doesn't need to be glamorized

We need to correctly understand it and prevent it

Alzheimer's disease is also known as senile dementia. According to ADI statistics, there are about 10 million Alzheimer's patients in China , and it is expected that by 2050, the number will exceed 40 million.

Alzheimer's disease is generally divided into 3 stages👇👇👇

1

Mild symptoms

  • The patient can take care of himself, but his memory is impaired and he easily forgets things that just happened.
  • I couldn't do addition and subtraction calculations that I could do easily before.
  • At first, I couldn't recognize familiar people or name the objects around me.
  • Some people's personalities will also change, gentleness will become mean, and enthusiasm will become indifference.

2

Moderate symptoms

  • They can partially take care of themselves, but they are irritable, easily angry, and prone to depression and anxiety;
  • Some began to ask the same questions repeatedly, repeatedly hide and look for things, and go to the toilet repeatedly;
  • Some people may also experience hallucinations and delusions, always feeling that someone is trying to harm them, and accusing people around them of cheating and stealing.

3

Severe symptoms

  • He began to be unable to take care of himself and needed help with eating, dressing and bathing.
  • The muscles begin to atrophy, the reactions become slow, and some people can only lie in bed;
  • They are also unable to take care of their own personal hygiene and can urinate and defecate at will;
  • I have no sense of direction, can't remember the way home, and often get lost;
  • I can’t recognize my family members and there’s no way to communicate with them.

However, what is more terrifying than being sick is that Alzheimer's disease is irreversible and incurable. It is the only one of the top ten most common fatal diseases in the world that is currently incurable . It is also known as the longest farewell. In the later stages, patients cannot take care of themselves and may need several years of patient care around the clock.

In addition to understanding Alzheimer's disease, what we can really do is to prevent it early! In the past 20 years, many related drugs have been studied at home and abroad, but they all failed in clinical trials. The reason is that Alzheimer's disease is a complex multifactorial disease . So if we want to prevent the occurrence of the disease, we need to take all aspects into consideration.

The 2020 Chinese Dementia and Cognitive Impairment Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines Writing Group, in the "Chinese Alzheimer's Disease Primary Prevention Guidelines", defined the following 12 items as primary prevention measures:

  • Hypertension Management
  • Diabetes Management
  • Dyslipidemia management
  • Lifestyle interventions such as smoking cessation and alcohol restriction
  • Daily leisure activities intervention
  • Nutritional intervention
  • Education level intervention
  • Cognitive training
  • Depression Management
  • Sleep Disorder Management
  • Management of special sensory impairment
  • Avoiding brain trauma

From the above we can see that controlling chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and dyslipidemia is a key preventive measure.

The current mainstream prevention method is exercise, and a healthy diet also plays an important role in preventing Alzheimer's disease. "Eating right and eating well" can not only prevent chronic diseases, but also protect the brain and prevent cognitive impairment.

In addition to eating more healthy foods

Want to eat healthy
