On January 21, the Central Meteorological Observatory issued three warnings for cold wave, blizzard and strong wind. At 6 a.m. today, the Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning for blizzard, a blue warning for strong wind and a blue warning for cold wave.

Affected by the cold wave, it is expected that from 14:00 on January 22 to 14:00 on January 23, the temperature in central Heilongjiang, central and eastern Jilin, eastern Guizhou, central and southern Hunan, Jiangxi, western Zhejiang, central and western Fujian, eastern and southern Guangdong will drop by 6-8℃, and the local temperature will drop by more than 9-10℃. From January 23 to 24, the minimum temperature of 0℃ will be pushed south to northern Guangxi and northern Guangdong, and the minimum temperature in Jiangnan, northern South China, Guizhou and other places may reach -8--1℃, and 0-8℃ in central and southern South China.

It is expected that from 08:00 on January 22 to 08:00 on January 23, parts of southern Hunan, central and southern Jiangxi, southwestern Zhejiang, northwestern Fujian, northeastern Guangxi, and northern Guangdong will have heavy to severe snow (10-15 mm), with the new snow depth in some of the above-mentioned areas reaching 2-6 cm, and more than 8 cm in some places.
