During the National Day holiday, the download volume of chess and card games also suddenly surged, which seemed to make chess and card games the most popular type in the TV game industry.

However, behind the glamour, the competition in chess and card games is quite fierce.

According to statistics, there are thousands of TV games today, of which leisure and entertainment account for 54.9%. Among these games, chess and card games account for nearly one-third. However, the ones that are truly loved by players and are willing to pay for are still only a few game manufacturers such as Ximi and Youle that were the first to enter the chess and card field, and most of the chess and card revenues are also shared by these companies.

User demands are increasing and a single model no longer meets the needs

From the user's perspective, user demands are also increasing day by day, and players are no longer satisfied with a single way of playing games.

First of all, users are almost the same in their reactions to the content operated by the handle and the remote control. However, due to TV adaptation limitations, the usage rate of the remote control still has a slight advantage. However, games that require complex handle operations, such as role-playing games, are gradually on the rise, and the number of launches of games such as guns, cars, and balls is also gradually increasing. Among them, action games ranked first in the number of TV game launches in the third quarter, accounting for about 24%, while chess and card games accounted for only 8%.

Secondly, as many game manufacturers have focused their attention on chess and card games, the content and modes of chess and card games such as Landlord and Soha are similar, which fails to arouse the interest of players.

The simple operation and unoriginal content also narrow players' choices. Although there are a large number of chess and card games, players still only choose games produced by the first manufacturers to enter the chess and card field.
