In order to understand the application status of "cloud services" in hospitals in my country, discover problems and challenges in the work, understand the service model and technical characteristics of "cloud service" providers, and empower the construction and development of "cloud services" in hospitals, the Information Professional Committee of the Chinese Hospital Association organized and carried out the 2022 "Survey on the Application Status of Hospital Cloud Services" in order to conduct research on the development trend of "cloud services", reveal obstacles and problems in application development, and provide reference for hospitals to carry out "cloud service" work planning and formulate relevant technical specifications. The scope of "cloud services" in this survey includes: public cloud services (such as IaaS, PaaS or SaaS service products provided by Alibaba Cloud, public accounts/service accounts/applets, China Unicom Wo Cloud regional imaging cloud, etc.); dedicated cloud services (IaaS, PaaS or SaaS services of the dedicated medical industry resource pool isolated on the public cloud, such as Tianyi Cloud Medical Cloud Zone), and government cloud (public cloud vendors provide governments at all levels with fully physically isolated, customized dedicated government cloud platforms). Virtualization software in the hospital's own data center and private cloud services deployed by commercial cloud software are not within the scope of this survey. The survey subjects are hospital information technology leaders (hospital CIOs) and cloud service providers. This survey did not use a sampling design framework to select the survey samples. The survey was conducted in the form of questionnaires distributed to the entire industry. The survey subjects came from 30 provinces, with a total of 738 units, including 394 tertiary hospitals and 344 hospitals below the tertiary level. According to the type of hospital, there are 551 general hospitals and 187 specialized and other types of hospitals. This survey report is divided into three parts. The first part is the main findings and problem analysis, including the objective application of "cloud services" in hospitals, and the respondents' understanding and judgment of the existing problems and development trends of "cloud services". The second part is the descriptive analysis of the survey sample, which provides a basis for further analysis. The third part is the application case part, which includes application case materials provided by four cloud service providers with more applications in the medical industry.
