Volkswagen recalls some diesel models in the country due to emissions cheating

1. Some imported Tiguan vehicles of model years 2012-2014 equipped with 2.0TDI diesel engines manufactured between September 14, 2011 and August 20, 2013 , totaling 1,946 units;

2. Some imported 2008 Magotan vehicles equipped with 2.0TDI diesel engines produced between February 20, 2008 and March 3, 2008 , totaling 4 vehicles.

Due to the installation of specific engine control module software, the exhaust emission test values ​​of some vehicles may differ between laboratory testing and actual road driving.
