I believe everyone is familiar with the Baojun 560. Since its launch in July 2015, it has attracted widespread public attention. Two years later, the popularity has not diminished, and in the past two years, it has launched models such as 1.8L+AMT and 1.5T+6MT. In the first half of 2017, the total sales of Baojun 560 reached 90,600 units. On August 4, the model equipped with a 6-speed wet dual-clutch transmission was launched. However, everyone has heard about the criticism of the dual-clutch transmission. So how does the dual-clutch transmission of the Baojun 560 launched this time perform?

The appearance of Baojun 560 DCT version is basically the same as the previous models. The grille is painted in black piano lacquer with chrome decoration, which looks very simple. The headlights are still halogen light sources with lenses. The side profile remains unchanged, with the waistline trending from low in the front to high in the back. It is also equipped with 215/60 R17 Continental tires and a panoramic sunroof.

The DCT version has some changes at the rear end, with a larger rear surround and a taller body. In addition, the silver lower guard plate of the Dynamic version is replaced by a chrome trim.

The interior of Baojun 560 DCT has undergone a qualitative change compared to previous models. The center console uses a large imitation wood panel and is equipped with a popular floating screen. The three-spoke steering wheel adopts a flat-bottom design, which is more sporty. However, the grip is not substantial and the materials need to be improved. The multi-function buttons can control multimedia, Bluetooth phone and cruise control.

The dual circular instrument panel CCTV is more simple and the display clarity is further improved. The color LCD screen in the middle can display tire pressure monitoring, vehicle status, multimedia and navigation information, etc.

In terms of power, the Baojun 560 DCT version is equipped with a LL5 1.5T turbocharged engine with a maximum power of 150 hp (110 kW)/5500 rpm and 230 Nm/2000-3800 rpm. It is matched with a 6-speed wet dual-clutch gearbox and adopts a front-mounted front-wheel drive.

The appearance of the Baojun 560 DCT version is basically the same as the old model, with only some adjustments in details. The interior uses a brand-new design, which captures the aesthetics of current consumers and is equipped with a floating central touch screen, piano-painted air conditioning control area, quartz watch, panoramic sunroof, etc., which greatly improves the overall texture of the interior.
