According to the announcement of the Haidian Court, in this dispute, the plaintiff Renrenche stated that Guazi.com used many false and untrue propaganda terms such as "far ahead", "leading the country", and "more than one million people browse every day" in advertisements on its official website, WeChat, mobile APP and other major online platforms, which misled used car buyers and sellers, causing traders who were unaware of the truth to believe that Guazi.com was the number one in the market and that only Guazi.com dominated the market, which seriously damaged Renrenche's competitive advantage and caused huge economic losses to Renrenche.
