The Roadmap 2.0 reiterates the "Chinese Path" for the development of intelligent network, namely the highly coordinated solution of "people-vehicle-road-cloud". At the same time, it clarifies that with vehicle key technologies, information interaction key technologies and basic support key technologies as the core, it is aimed at urban roads, suburban roads, highways and other scenarios, and gradually upgrades to digitalization, intelligence, networking and software through the continuous extension of vehicle platforms and infrastructure, so as to jointly support the development of China's intelligent network industry. The release of "Roadmap 2.0" once again confirms the value and importance that Juefei Technology's development concept and strategy implementation in the field of intelligent networking have brought to the industry. In 2019, Juefei Technology proposed a vehicle-road-cloud collaboration and software-hardware integrated architecture. Through the post-deep learning data fusion solution, the digitalization and intelligence of vehicles and roads are continuously upgraded, and a fusion computing data engine platform is created. The goal is to start with high-precision automotive-grade map data, combined with edge software inference engines, and through closed loops of different business scenarios, to create a vehicle-road collaborative network, laying a solid foundation for the vehicle-road-cloud collaborative model of new infrastructure. Technical implementation of vehicle-road collaboration: a high-precision fusion positioning solution combining RTK and roadside auxiliary positioning As the "China Mobile's Autonomous Driving Solution Partner", Juefei Technology has joined hands with China Mobile to realize the technical implementation of "vehicle-road collaboration" for the first time in the industry. Juefei Technology uses roadside sensors such as laser radar and cameras, combined with laser point cloud, image and high-precision map data, to achieve vehicle perception, recognition and tracking, and output centimeter-level precision and semantic positioning results in real time. The positioning results can be efficiently transmitted to autonomous driving vehicles through China Mobile 5G. This solution will be applied to high-precision positioning in scenes such as ports and urban viaducts. In this technical scenario, only a small number of roadside sensors need to be deployed in the operation area. Through the joint support of vehicle-road collaboration and 5G technology, the number and configuration standards of sensors used in autonomous driving vehicles can be effectively reduced, further improving the production ratio of autonomous driving vehicles and management, and greatly expanding space for future industrial chains and development layouts. 2. Road asset digitization and intelligent inspection system Juefei Technology believes that "road facility digitization" is also a key link in the implementation of vehicle-road collaboration and autonomous driving. Facing the field of new infrastructure smart transportation empowerment, Juefei Technology has currently launched a "road asset digitization and intelligent inspection system", which has been officially implemented on key highway sections in Anhui, Zhejiang and other places. This system builds a high-precision digital model of road infrastructure. This technology uses data from multiple sensors such as roadside cameras and millimeter waves, combined with the edge's millisecond-level real-time calculations and processing of target information on changes in image sequences. Based on deep learning models such as image algorithms and vehicle tracking, combined with lane-level high-precision maps, traffic events, types and location information are output in a structured and semantic manner and transmitted to the business platform through the cloud. It can detect a variety of traffic events such as reverse/abnormal vehicles, abnormal traffic, electronic signs, congestion, etc. This technology builds a new generation of intelligent transportation system with collaborative control, collaborative safety and collaborative services through all-round connections and efficient information services among people, vehicles, roads and cloud platforms. It is of great significance to improving the efficiency of the transportation system, saving resources, reducing environmental pollution, reducing accidents and improving traffic management. In August 2020, the Ministry of Transport issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of New Infrastructure in the Transportation Sector", which pointed out that intelligent driving technology needs to deeply empower transportation facilities, and accurate perception, precise analysis, and refined management will become a strong support for accelerating the construction of a "strong transportation country."
