The HTC One M8 is equipped with a 5-inch 1080p display, so the body is no exception. It is a little thicker than the HTC One, but because the body is slimmer, it feels more comfortable. The HTC One M8 still uses BoomSound dual front stereo speakers, but the difference from the HTC One is that the front speakers above and below the screen of the HTC One M8 are not symmetrical. A 5-megapixel front camera occupies part of the space above the screen. However, for female users, this is more convenient for taking selfies. Another difference from the HTC One is that the HTC One M8 uses a design of built-in buttons on the screen, so there is only an HTC logo below the screen, and there is no physical Android button. Next, we can take a look at the sides of the body. The metal coverage area of the HTC One M8 has been greatly improved compared to the HTC One, reaching 90%. This increase in metal coverage is directly reflected in the change from plastic to metal on both sides of the body. The dual-lens 3D stereo camera on the back is the biggest highlight of the HTC One M8. Of the two cameras, the slightly smaller lens on the top is used to record depth of field information, while the slightly larger camera at the bottom is the same UltraPixel camera as the HTC One. Although HTC has revealed plans to increase the number of UltraPixel pixels, the UltraPixel lens of the HTC One M8 remains the same as the HTC One, maintaining at 4.1 million pixels.
