Today, a detailed progress report on the upgrade of Samsung Galaxy phones to Android 4.4.2 KitKat was leaked online, listing the upgrade status, new firmware version numbers, and final upgrade time of multiple devices. Unfortunately, the Galaxy S3 is completely in trouble. In the earlier leaked official documents, Note2, S3 and other devices were clearly marked as being upgraded to Android 4.4. Now, the new firmware of Note2 N7100 has been fully pushed, and the Sprint customized version of S3 SPH-L710 has also started upgrading. It seems that everything is going well. However, in the latest list generated on April 25, the Android 4.4 upgrade of the international version of S3 I9300 has become "N/A", which means it is not available. The explanation for this in the note under the table is: "Due to unresolved issues, the upgrade of GT-I9300 has been cancelled." But at the same time, the US version and LTE version will be upgraded smoothly. LTE I9305 has entered the final testing stage, version number I9305XXUFND5, and will be released this month. Upgrade progress of other devices: - Note2 LTE N7105: testing completed, push in May. - S4 mini I9190: final testing, push in June. - S4 mini LTE I9195: testing completed, push in June. - Note3 Nero N750: testing completed, push in May. - Grand 2: testing in progress, push in June. - Mega 5.8: testing in progress, push in June. - Mega 6.3: testing in progress, push in June.
